He fluctuated between 290-295 pounds all month. 80-90% of people who lose 20+ pounds, regain it within 1-5 years. Frank has lost 10X that and remains fully locked in on his walks 2+ years in. I remind him constantly, how impressive his follow through has been. He’s noticeably quicker and more dangerous when ranting with hammer fists, particularly on sidewalks. It’s actually becoming a liability. I have no doubt he is building muscle and also carrying 30-50 pounds of excess skin, which could drop him as low as 250 when removed. With that said, Frank can certainly improve on diet. That has been the juggernaut. He can’t be complacent, he’s gotta push harder.
