One of my favourite things about building Superlogical is... that we all care, a disproportionate amount, about the little conveniences, performance gains and UI treats that most rational people just don’t. I'm currently working on our scrollback search UI. You basically have two common choices as a designer: a) insert a toolbar into the view or b) float a search bar over the view For terminals, any intrinsic size change causes a reflow - which is jarring for the user to see and potentially pushes offscreen something you were looking at. This means option A sucks. For option B though, the problem is that you’re potentially obscuring matched words that fall under the search UI since it floats over them. (Every app I tried makes this mistake which is kinda nuts) So what's the solution? Give our search UI a gentle nudge out the way when it's over something you're trying to see.show more

Updated the subagents system in my custom Pi extension... to include: - Pi subagents - Codex subagents - Claude Code subagents The Pi thread can call and spin up any of them, and instead of just using the "codex exec" or whatever, it'll do a tool call that wraps it up in a first class way. Have a decent UI for them already added in as well. Pi being the main thread then having Codex/Claude Code as tools when needed feels so good. A flow I'm already using a ton is: "Implement feature ___, have a cc fable subagent research and plan out the api design + feature, then have a codex subagent implement it, then have a cc fable subagent do a review/fixes focused on simplicity and correctness" I also have a dynamic workflows extension setup and working, but it's not nearly as polished yet. Probably gonna make the subagent system more robust, then built it around that so u could have a workflow that flows between codex/cc/pi...show more

There is a "flash" bug in the One UI... 7 Beta1 animation. In fact, there are at least three versions of this problem. Samsung seems to have not found it, so it has not been solved. You only need to open two apps in succession a little quickly (not particularly fast)，You will see a quick flicker in the picture. The first video is played at normal speed, and you can see a flash picture. The second video is a slow video, and you can see the moment when the soul of a page flashes in the ninth second.
