DU students allege that professors were appointed a month after the commencement of the semester due to which the syllabus is pending and exam forms have been issued 10 days before the exams starting on December 26, which have several flaws. The students’ unions of all three law faculties, CLC, LC1 and LC2, urged the deans to extend the exam dates but the deans stuck to the pre-scheduled dates. Yesterday on December 16, a protest was started by the students which continued throughout the day and it was peaceful, but the Dean deployed Delhi Police and CRPF to remove the students from the faculty, due to which there was chaos between the law students and the police and the matter became serious. The DU administration issued a notification stating that "The Date Sheet relating to LL.B. I/III/V Term December/January, 2024 Examination scheduled from 26th December, 2024 is put-on hold." However, the students remained adamant on their demand to postpone the examination schedule. Later, the police broke the entry gates of the campus and started lathicharge in which some students were injured. It is a matter of concern that law students were treated like rioters. Students have to score good marks to get admission in college, but students are treated like rioters on campus. #delhiuniversity #dusu #Lawfaculty #Lawstudents #Campuslawcentre #CLC #LC1 #LC2 #Delhi #law Bar and Bench Live Law #DelhiNews #BREAKINGshow more

This is how the state and its authorities discriminate... , profile, arrest and torture Baloch students who have come to study. If the row on account of Jamiat's goons against Baloch students was a mere clash between students' groups then why only Baloch students were arrested in the end? And if the concern is peace & discipline, why the Jamiat's students are always entertained above law? This shows the harsh reality that the religious extremist groups are actually used by the University administration and authorities to create reasons to target Baloch students and those from far off areas like Pashtuns in order to meet their own benefits. #SaveBalochStudents #JamiatAttackOnBalochStudents #StopProfilingBalochStudents #StopTargetingBalochStudents #PunjabUniversityshow more

During the CJP protest, Junaid was feeding the protesters... biryani, chole bhature, rajma chawal, ice cream, pizza, and burgers every day. But now, when students have been protesting in Ranchi, Jharkhand for the past 15 days, many people kept questioning Junaid about why he was providing free food to students during the CJP protest but was not going to Jharkhand to feed the protesting students there. After all these days, Junaid has finally gone to Jharkhand, but he is only distributing simple, inexpensive Dal and rice to the students. During the CJP protest, Junaid was serving such delicious food. Why is he serving only plain, tasteless dal and rice to the students in Jharkhand? Why is he treating the Jharkhand students as second-class? He should be serving the same delicious and expensive food in Jharkhand that he served during the CJP protest. It seems that Junaid has gone to Jharkhand only as a formality because he was afraid of the questions being raised by the public.show more

She came. She shook the stage. She walked off.... Her name is Sara Ismail.👌🏾 At the convocation ceremony of Haridev Joshi University of Journalism & Mass Communication, on a stage shared with Rajasthan Deputy CM Prem Chand Bairwa. Why she said this? Read her remark - “Students from the last two batches arrived in Jaipur to get their degrees from the Governor. We were asked to wear sarees with a red border; male students were wearing kurta pyjamas and black sandals. Students from all over the state, along with their parents, arrived at the venue. After the speeches of the Governor and the dignitaries, which went on for around two hours, only gold medallists were given degrees on stage and the rest of us were asked to collect ours later. This is why we got angry and asked the administration to reconsider, and when they refused, we chanted slogans against them. Later, they gave us our degrees, but the anger was so high that I said that line. So much of our time was wasted." More power to you Sara. 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾show more

#Islamabad: #BritishCouncil #CambridgeExams Case 1. #ChampAlertsOnTheGo #CAOTG Mismanagement on... of British Council Pakistan today 29/4/26 in the PM mathematics papers at Paradise Complex Islamabad Expressway. Mathematics examination session held on 29 April 2026 in Islamabad, conducted by the British Council. During the session: 📍Under-18 students were denied entry to their assigned venue. 📍They were forced to relocate to other centres without prior notice. 📍No communication was made to parents 📍Minors were left to navigate unfamiliar routes alone without supervision. 📍Staff of British council threatened the students to reach the new venue on their own else they said they will miss the exams and British council will not be responsible. 📍Guards of the paradise complex were rude to the students & forced them out of gate. In one case, a student got lost and had to rely on a roadside individual for directions. Another reportedly arrived 45 minutes late due to the forced relocation. The exam (scheduled 2:15 PM) was conducted under disruption, with some students finishing after 4:30 PM.This reflects serious negligence and a safeguarding lapse, where under-18 candidates were exposed to avoidable security risks. #ChampAlertsOnTheGo #CAOTGshow more
