We're excited to announce the launch of the Chainlink... Reserve, a new upgrade centered on the creation of a strategic onchain reserve of LINK tokens. The Chainlink Reserve is designed to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the Chainlink Network by accumulating LINK tokens using offchain revenue from large enterprises that are adopting the Chainlink standard and from onchain service usage. The Chainlink Reserve is being built up by using Payment Abstraction to convert offchain and onchain revenue into LINK, using a combination of Chainlink services and decentralized exchange infrastructure. Demand for Chainlink has already created hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, substantially from large enterprises that have paid offchain for access to the Chainlink Platform. With increasing demand from a number of the world’s largest banking and capital markets institutions, this form of paying for the Chainlink standard is expected to grow into the future as the industry grows. The Reserve has already accumulated over $1M worth of LINK from this early stage launch phase, which is expected to gradually grow in the coming months as more revenue is converted into LINK and placed into the Reserve. We do not expect any withdrawals from the Reserve for multiple years and thus it is expected to grow over time. We believe that as the industry demand for Chainlink’s unique capabilities increases, that adoption of Chainlink services will enable the Reserve to grow further. 🧵👇show more

🇸🇪 Series deliveries of the new single cab, flatbed... variant of TGB 24 (Terrängbil 24) 4x4 military vehicle to the Swedish Armed Forces will commence next year, Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) announced. Försvarsmakten The new variant is also the first to go into production with new Heavy Duty axles, which provide a significantly increased load capacity. The single cab variant, like the already delivered double cab, comes with a height-adjustable canopy with folding and removable bed flaps. An additional capability of the single cab is the interface to carry a ten-foot ISO container, as well as outlets to power equipment on the bed via the vehicle's generators and batteries. The bed is also reinforced to accommodate weapon systems like a 120mm grenade launcher. The TGB 24 single cab shares the same drivetrain, driver environment and protection level as the rest of the vehicles in the family, which reduces the need for driver training and spare parts at the Armed Forces. More variants of the TGB 24 are under development, including command and medical vehicles, as well as two new flatbed variants with an extra axle and six-wheel drive. TGB 24 (Terrängbil 24, Terrain Vehicle 24) is being built by Finnish manufacturer Sisu Auto based on its Sisu GTP platform. In 2025, the Swedish Armed Forces received the first TGB 24 vehicles, a troop transport vehicle and a flatbed truck with a double cab, and the service started the training of instructors, drivers and workshop personnel on these vehicles. StablecoinX Inc. StablecoinX has announced an additional $530 million... capital raise as part of its $ENA accumulation strategy. To date, StablecoinX has raised a total of approximately $895M in PIPE financing, which is expected to result in a vehicle with over 3 billion ENA tokens on its balance sheet at closing. This enhanced scale enables greater access to additional institutional channels, broader investor and third-party coverage, and the capacity to hire top tier leadership. As with the initial PIPE raise, the cash raised via the PIPE will be used by StablecoinX to acquire tokens from a subsidiary of the Ethena Foundation. The Ethena Foundation subsidiary will initiate an approximately $310 million buyback program over the next 6-8 weeks via third party market makers, reinforcing the alignment between the Foundation and StablecoinX shareholders. The expected deployment rate of purchases is outlined in the section below this tweet, and is incremental to the buyback program from the initial PIPE financing transaction which has now been completed. At current prices, the planned buyback program of this second PIPE transaction combined with the liquid ENA contributed to the PIPE by third party investors represents roughly 13% of circulating supply. This is in addition to the initial PIPE financing which resulted in the acquisition of approximately 7.3% of circulating token supply over the last 6 weeks. Importantly, as with the initial PIPE raise, the Ethena Foundation has the right to veto any sales of $ENA by StableCoinX at its sole discretion. Once again, to the extent StablecoinX subsequently raises capital with the intent of purchasing additional locked ENA from the Ethena Foundation or its affiliates, cash proceeds from those token sales are planned to be used to purchase spot $ENA. StablecoinX's treasury strategy is a deliberate, multi‑year capital allocation strategy that will enables StablecoinX to capture the enormous value of the secular surge in demand for digital dollars while compounding ENA per share to the benefit of shareholders.show more

Dirac Finance — Update on TGE and Next Steps... (For Beras who can’t read, please find a tl;dr below in the next tweet) A. Global sentiment and commitment: 1. The past few weeks have tested the resilience of DeFi, and the Berachain ecosystem has shown strong coordination and stability. 2. At Dirac, our commitment remains unchanged: we are building on Berachain Foundation 🐻⛓ because we believe in its Proof-of-Liquidity consensus, perfectly aligned with Dirac Finance’s vault infrastructure and token design. B. Product: 1. After completing the first vault cycles with strong APRs, Dirac proved its potential as a vault infrastructure connecting complex primitives (perps, options, and other yield strategies) with users seeking simplicity and efficiency. 2. We are now in advanced discussions with DeFi strategists to deploy new vaults. Strategists’ compensation consists of sharing part of the yield (up to 3%). 3. Introducing Aviya - Institutional Credit on Hyperliquid. Aviya is... a private, compliance gated credit venue built on Hyperliquid, designed to extend structured credit access to institutional participants. The platform facilitates bilateral, fixed-rate financing, initially against HYPE collateral, with a roadmap to expand into additional asset classes over time. As capital allocators increasingly engage with on-chain markets, access to predictable, structured credit becomes a requirement. Aviya is designed to meet this demand by offering a more controlled alternative to fully permissionless lending systems, while still leveraging the efficiency and settlement advantages of Hyperliquid’s infrastructure. We view Aviya as a core component in the development of HyperLend as the credit layer of the Hyperliquid ecosystem, enabling capital formation, leverage, and structured financing across both native and future tokenized assets such as equities, commodities, fixed-income instruments and even the likes tokenised pre-IPO companies. Over time, Aviya will serve as a gateway for institutional credit into emerging on-chain markets, including real-world and tokenized financial assets. We are also pleased to deepen our collaboration with Hyperion, working together on institutional business development and capital formation. Aviya represents a continued step toward integrating credit natively into the broader Hyperliquid financial system. gLend.show more

Ukraine launched overnight drone strikes against three warehouse facilities... across Russia, including two operated by Wildberries, with Russian officials reporting five people killed and 10 others wounded in the Moscow region. The deadliest strike hit a warehouse in Chekhov, south of Moscow, while separate drone attacks damaged Wildberries facilities near St. Petersburg and in Russia's Tver region. Wildberries said the St. Petersburg warehouse caught fire but reported no casualties there. This video is purportedly from one of the strikes on an unknown Wildberries facility reported earlier today, but that has not been verified. Wildberries, often compared to Amazon because of its dominant role in Russia's e-commerce and nationwide fulfillment network, has become a recurring target. According to Reuters, Ukraine has attacked more than a dozen Wildberries facilities since July 18 as part of an expanding campaign against Russia's logistics infrastructure. Kyiv says these warehouses support Russia's war effort by serving as logistics hubs and distribution centers, while Moscow and Wildberries deny those claims and describe the attacks as terrorism. The strikes fit Ukraine's broader deep-strike campaign targeting logistics hubs, rail infrastructure, fuel depots, and defense-industrial facilities inside Russia in an effort to complicate military logistics and increase the economic cost of the war.show more

Today our Pi main screen changed to the following... which we can see there will be another Hackathon! I believe this is a great work and deployment from CT! And Hackathon should be continuing to expand to apps which can connect to all industries widely in the world. I can see some Pioneers disappointed. Because these pioneers don't pay attention to Pi Network vision and mission and not understanding white paper well. They just want to get a car, property and cash ASAP. This is a short-sight. The eco system is Pi Network blood. This is critical. I used an example to make pioneers understand well what the relationship pioneers and CT is and what our pioneers task is. CT and pioneers are like a man's two feet. CT is on the right foot and pioneers are on the left foot. CT is like 💡, pioneers is like ⚡. We need to walk together to move. And if you want a light bulb, you need to have stable electricity and this stable electricity is like GCV. So when CT advanced to the Hackathon eco hardware system, pioneers should work on a software system which includes GCV, passion, attention and influence of Pi Network. When pioneers are ready with the above, ecosystem development will be super fast and easy. It will automatically go to open the mainnet! During the time CT and developers will keep on working on ecosystem hardware to develop more good platforms! So all pioneers should focus on self improvement! Of course if some Pioneers don't have trust in Pi Network, we all respect your decision 🙏 However this is yourself losses 🙏🙏🙏 All best wishes to pioneers all community! The third video introduces HuaRun Group. We don't need to argue if HuaRun joined the Pi Network. But we believe if all pioneers work hard with CT, not only HuaRun but also all super businesses will join Pi Network! So don't be an observer to wait and complain but stand up as a brave pioneer fighting for Pi Network success! Pi Network #PiNetwork #PiNetworkLive #Piopenmainnet #PiGCVshow more

Monthly WINR Protocol Development Update: To begin with, the... WINR Protocol has distributed $900,000 to token holders, generated more than $500,000 in pure profit for liquidity providers on WLP, acquired more than 5,000 users, and has almost 9% of the supply burned. In the upcoming months, the WINR Protocol, which has been in production for years, will introduce a range of new products and deployments. These developments will represent the practical and technical evolution to V2 of the protocol. Here are the latest updates and further details as they progress: Progress on WINR Bonanza, Casino Hold'em, and Blackjack is nearing completion. These games are in the final stages of testing. Additional games, including a new type of crash game, have been finalized and are set to debut with the JustBet v2 launch. Take a look at the gameplay videos for a preview. These games achieve the long-term goal of providing a full-suite WINR Game Engine SDK, which can be used to build games with complex logic on-chain with modular smart contract infrastructure. For example, any grid slot game that dominates the iGaming industry could easily be developed on-chain using the WINR Bonanza SDK. - Permissionless Frontend Operator SDK Dashboard Release: March is poised to be a milestone month with the launch of the Frontend Operator SDK dashboards. These dashboards will enable any WINR Labs game to be seamlessly deployed on frontends, marking a significant advancement in protocol accessibility and integration for future games developed by independent iGaming developers. The frontend operator can deploy any game they choose through a few simple steps while utilizing 10,000 WINR per game via the WINR Game Factory smart contract. Each operator is assigned a unique smart contract address(es) for every game they deploy, allowing their revenue to be tracked independently. The deployment process includes instructions on integrating the game as a package into the operator's frontend. In subsequent phases, the games will transition through WINR Chain, streamlining user onboarding steps like wallet connection and token bridging to Arbitrum. This abstraction will make it easy for any web2/web3 platform on any chain to seamlessly integrate WINR-based games with just a few clicks. The new budget system changes how the revenue is calculated on the protocol and will see daylight with frontend operator, Solana, and Fantom deployments. This model was first tested with a lightweight version on and gave a lot of actionable feedback. Shifting from the existing bribe model, which in practice distributes almost half of the edge of the games in volume to WINR holders, the brand-new budget system checks the profitability of WLP. It distributes a larger part of the profit to game providers, frontend operators, and, most importantly, WINR holders. Any time a game's budget is in profit, a part of every loss is distributed to stakeholders. Here is an example: 1. The WINR Bonanza Game has a 10,000 budget for a frontend operator. 2. Let's assume the bet amount was $50, and Bonanza paid back $10 on that spin. That leaves $40 of pure profit. 3. This is distributed amongst 50% to WLP, 20% to frontend operators, 20% to WINR holders, and 10% to game providers. 4. To achieve this, V2 of WINR Liquidity Engine (WLP) will have a buffer for purchasing and selling, working in epochs to determine the above distribution and math. - Solana Deployment and Expansions: Solana audits are in their final phase, and frontend tests are ongoing. Solana launch will be alongside the V2 launch of @JustBetOfficial, with a chain switch available on the top bar. The VRF system WINR developed already is seeing requests from builders around the Solana ecosystem, and this will over time add an extra layer of income to the protocol. Solana's bankroll, at first, will be a lighter version of WLP but will inherit the above-mentioned budgeting system to generate income immediately upon launch. - Fantom Deployment and Expansions: Fantom's upcoming Sonic upgrade, with its 200ms finality and fast block production is a perfect chain for WINR Protocol to expand. Through the partnership with WINR Protocol will tap into a brand new user base on Fantom. The bankroll on Fantom will consist of FTM and stables. The launch is planned for late March or early April. This expansion aims to open up new markets and collaborations with fresh teams. which operates independently, will integrate a broad spectrum of WINR technologies, including WINR Account Abstraction, WINR VRF, and WINR games, marking a pivotal step in WINR Protocol’s journey of horizontal expansion. - XAI VRF Deployment Progress Update: The WINR Account Abstraction Wallet and WINR Verifiable Random Function (VRF) deployment on the XAI 🎮⛓️ is well underway, with the majority of the work completed. This step forward showcases WINR's expansion beyond gambling and trading, highlighting the protocol's adaptability and commitment to broadening decentralized services. The process to automize and permissionlessly let game developers start using WINR VRF by paying (and burning) fees in WINR will launch alongside WINR VRF deployment on XAI and expand to further chains to help DApp builders with the tooling they need. This process will work very similarly to frontend operators, where DApp builders will be able to easily deploy their VRF contract, pay the WINR fees, and enjoy the fastest random number generation transaction, as showcased on @JustBetOfficial for some time. - JustBet v2 Development Update: Set to launch in March, the last testing phase with long-time community members of JustBet V2 is underway. Boasting a completely refreshed look, JustBet v2 aims to captivate more users with its modern features, a significant upgrade from the classic JustBet designed in 2019. Expect dynamic animations and a user experience that rivals traditional web2 casinos, setting a new standard for online gambling platforms and serving once again as proof of concept for all the new WINR features and infrastructure set to launch over the coming months. As always, WINR Labs simultaneously develops protocol infrastructure and platform to best address the needs of one and only goal: horizontal expansion. Easter eggs: Upcoming Gitbook update with all the technical information of WINR V2. CEX listing. Detailed product pages on WINR web. Pyth competitions. WIP-4 and WIP-5 are ready to deploy. New York and Chicago are two big hubs in... the eastern US. Distance: 800 miles or 1300km roughly. Same as Delhi - Mumbai in India. There are 3 ways to travel. You can fly. You can drive. Or you can take a train. Fastest train is Amtrak lakeshore which takes ~19hrs. Driving takes 14hrs but you need to rest as well. I love trains. So I decided to take Amtrak. Their sleeper class. Took a roomette. First of all - American trains run on standard gauge. Which is smaller than Indian broad gauge. The compartments are smaller. And the trains are less comfortable. They shake way more. Second - Americans really don’t understand passenger trains. This train left late and then sat on a random station for 30mins. It’s already running late and usually reaches 2-3 even 5hrs delayed. And this is supposed to be a premium train. Culprit ? Freight. Americans don’t have dedicated fright tracks. The train btw is full. Which means people do want to travel on it. All sorts of people. Old, young. Business travellers. Only 2 coaches are sleeper - rest are coach (chaircars). Then the train reaches Albani and has to merge with another train from boston. Whole process takes 30-45mins. Can you believe a major train just sitting off a closed platform, cutting off its engines and adding more bogies in the middle of its journey in India ? The train had power supply for 30 mins cause it’s powered by diesel engines. Which are cut off. Diesel engine. Yes. The entire route except parts of NYC is non electric. It’s all old school diesel. It slowly chugs after and stops everywhere it can. Like an old Indian passenger train. The cabin is decent as it should be for a $700 price. The food is microwaved prepackaged stuff - ie very bad. There’s a coach attendant but he doesn’t care. I’ve travelled extensively in Rajdhani - and I can tell you it’s high luxury compared to this. And for 1/10th the price. The food, the cabin - all are superior. The reason I’m bringing this up is not to say Indians know it better. Not at all. But that even the most advanced cultures get it wrong. Even the most sorted out people - the one most advanced in tech - somehow don’t know how to run cross-country trains at scale. And this is not even a cross country trip. Hardly 1/4th of it. So what did they get wrong ? They stopped building. Upgrading. Improving. They do a few things right. Like making good highways. Take that learning. They do many things wrong. Like this train. They’ve stopped building. No dedicated freight tracks. No magnificent new stations. No high speed rail. The only lesson to learn is to not make that mistake. Build. And keep building. There’s no substitute to that. Keep building. Keep upgrading. Keep improving.show more

It’s harvest season now, and in Ukraine, it’s an... extremely difficult one. This video is from Zaporizhzhia region. Farmers are putting out a fire caused by drone debris. What’s happening with the harvest in Ukraine right now? This year, Ukraine has a good harvest - in some areas, better than expected: around 64 million tonnes of grain, including roughly 23 million tonnes of wheat, 32 million tonnes of corn, and more than 5 million tonnes of barley. Together with oilseeds, the season’s export potential exceeds 50 million tonnes. The problem is harvesting it: Russian forces continue to attack farmers and agricultural machinery. Then there is the challenge of getting the harvest out through the ports of Greater Odesa. Russia is striking them with unprecedented intensity: more than 180 attacks on port infrastructure in the first half of the year, compared with around 150 during all of last year. In a single month, 28 civilian vessels were attacked. As a result, around 90% of shipping operators have suspended port calls; foreign vessels have not entered major ports for weeks; and the largest terminals have halted purchases. The next problem is storage. If the wheat cannot be exported now, grain elevators will be full right through September-November, when the harvest of 32 million tonnes of corn begins. For Ukrainian farmers, this creates a squeeze: domestic prices are falling because there is a surplus of grain with nowhere to go, while global prices are rising at the very same moment. Additional pressure comes from the energy sector: Russian strikes on Ukraine’s power grid and fuel infrastructure are driving up the cost of drying and transporting grain, just as Ukrainian strikes on refineries are doing the same for Russian farmers. This front works both ways. And most importantly - the time horizon. If Ukrainian farmers cannot properly sell their 2026 harvest, they will cut spending on seeds, fertilizer, and fuel for the 2027 harvest, while some farms will reduce the amount of land they cultivate. This year’s logistics crisis becomes next year’s production crisis. The sooner Russia loses its ability to continue its aggression against Ukraine, the sooner markets and global food security will begin to recover.show more

The Government Railway Police (GRP) arrested 30-year-old Roshan Suvarna... on Wednesday, June 24, for allegedly stabbing a co-passenger to death inside a moving first-class compartment of a Mumbai local train. The fatal altercation, which took place late Monday night between Andheri and Borivali stations, began as a dispute over closing the coach door to block out heavy rain. The victim, 22-year-old finance marketing professional Mayank Lohar, was stabbed multiple times in the abdomen and chest before the attacker jumped from the slow-moving train at Borivali station and fled. Roshan Suvarna is a 30-year-old airport ground employee who works in the cargo section at the Mumbai International Airport. A resident of the Mira-Bhayandar suburb, Suvarna was a regular commuter on the Western Line network. According to railway police investigators, Suvarna did not have a known prior criminal record matching this profile, but he was carrying a large knife inside his personal bag on the night of the incident. Following the stabbing, CCTV footage captured him calmly walking away from the station platform, prompting authorities to deploy specialised tracking units to locate him. The incident occurred aboard the Churchgate-Nallasopara Fast Local (Train No. 90663). Both Suvarna and Lohar boarded the first-class compartment at Andheri station. As heavy monsoon rain lashed the city and wind blew water into the compartment, an argument broke out between the two men over whether the coach door should be shut or left open. The verbal exchange quickly escalated between Jogeshwari and Malad stations. Investigators state that Suvarna pulled a knife from his bag and repeatedly stabbed Lohar in the abdomen and chest. Despite other passengers being present in the coach, the sudden violence left bystanders frozen, and no one intervened. The train arrived at Borivali Station’s Platform 6 at approximately 11:04 PM. Before the train could come to a complete halt, Suvarna jumped onto the platform and escaped into the city transit crowds. Railway Protection Force (RPF) and GRP personnel reached the compartment within three minutes, safely evacuating a critically injured Lohar onto a stretcher by 11:12 PM. He was taken to the station's Emergency Medical Room and subsequently moved to Shatabdi Hospital in Kandivali, where doctors declared him dead due to severe internal trauma. To track down the attacker, the Borivali GRP established six specialised search teams. Investigators reviewed CCTV footage across multiple transit hubs and eventually established Suvarna’s location after questioning his father. Suvarna was ultimately intercepted and taken into custody in the Kurla neighbourhood. The victim, Mayank Lohar, lived in Virar and had been working at a retail corporate office in Chakala, Andheri, for the past nine months. Although his family originally traces their lineage to Nepal, his relatives noted that they represent the sixth generation of their family residing in Mumbai. The fatal confrontation has renewed public concerns regarding safety protocols and baggage screening on Mumbai's suburban railway network. Because millions of commuters crowd the local trains daily during the monsoon season, authorities are facing mounting pressure to improve the presence of security personnel inside late-night compartments. Roshan Suvarna remains in police custody under interrogation as the formal murder investigation proceeds.show more

Machine Tokenization is HERE 🔥 Introducing the world's first... Machine Real-World Asset (#RWA) Tokenization platform, by Teneo, powered by peaq 🌎 Up until now, real-world apps (#DePINs) have been limited by hardware costs. Individuals can often afford WiFi routers or smartphones, but fleets of vehicles or wind turbines? There's no way to build a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (#DePIN) which revolves around such large and expensive hardware... Or is there? 🤨 Enter the Machine Tokenization Platform⚡️ The platform exists to lower the barrier to entry for communities to build virtually any #DePIN. Imagine being able to fund, own, and earn from fleets of autonomous cars or robots, vertical robo-farms, ferry boats, #VTOLs... The possibilities are endless, and this era starts now. Tokenized Teslas ✅ ELOOP has already successfully tokenized a fleet of Teslas for a car-sharing pilot project in Vienna 🇦🇹 which saw the community earn revenue as the Teslas were used. Check out these videos 🎞️ Web3 Tesla-Sharing: You drive, everyone earns: Same, but better. | Web3 Car-Sharing Demo by ELOOP & peaq: With the success of this initiative showcasing the soundness of the underlying model, ELOOP is now building a Machine RWA tokenization platform on peaq to replicate this approach at scale 📈 DePIN Layer-1 Synergies 🧲 Existing and prospective DePINs can leverage the Machine Tokenization platform to lower the barrier to hardware adoption for their users, enabling all kinds of new DePIN use cases on peaq 🦾 A range of Web2 and Web3 projects are already exploring pilot projects on the platform, including Dabba Network 🟨, a connectivity DePIN working to deliver Web access to the unconnected. Already testing on krest 🔥 ELOOP is already testing the platform on krest, peaq’s canary network, and plans to launch it on the peaq mainnet, which will go live this year. “We’re excited to move beyond tokenizing Teslas and offer this exciting, proven model to businesses and communities. Machine RWA tokenization opens up a new era of fractional ownership and participation in the value generated by machines, and we are happy to be chartering this path forward with peaq.” - Nico Prugger, co-founder, ELOOP Read all about it:show more
