In recent days Israel has placed a greater emphasis... on striking industrial targets in Iran, with the most significant in recent memory being: - Khuzestan Steel Company, Ahvaz - Khuzestan Oxin Steel Company, Ahvaz - Mobarakeh Steel Complex, southwest of Isfahan - Mobarakeh Steel Power Plant (supplies energy to the steel complex) - Powder Metallurgy Company, Neyshabur Industrial Town - Shahid Shafizadeh Industries Company, Alborz Industrial - Kheyr Abad Industrial Town, east of Arak, was just warned - Shamsabad Industrial Town, south of Eslamshahr - Nasirabad Industrial Town, southwest of Eslamshahr - Segzi Industrial Town, east of Isfahan The above list is just a sample of the industrial targets affected by strikes over the past 1-2 days. Many of these facilities are dual-use, and so too were the intentions of the Israeli strikes. Large-scale steel production complexes support construction, automotives, appliances, and pipe manufacturing. It's also critical for military vehicles and launch platforms. Specialized heavy steel plate rolling mills support energy transmission lines, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, and storage tanks. They have many military applications such as producing the hull sections of naval vessels, storage tanks for propellants, and steel plates for TELs and bunkers. Powder metallurgical plants produce machinery components, mining equipment, and specialized alloys. They can also be used to make precision components in guidance systems, warheads, or solid-propellant motors. The major industrial towns are made up of dozens of smaller factories or warehouses involved in metal fabrication, chemicals, plastics/polymers, construction materials, textiles, machinery assembly, bitumen processing, packaging, stone processing, and electronic goods. On one hand this attempt at crippling Iran's industrial base could destroy many of the raw materials necessary for future repairs/construction of military equipment and missile components. At the same time it would hamper Iran's domestic construction, automobile, appliance, piping, and petrochemical sectors. This would diminish Iran's export revenue, create shortages of basic materials, and worsen inflation and unemployment.show more

Only Africa Can Save Europe Originating from COP28, the... TeraMed project aims to generate 1 TW of solar energy in North Africa, creating around 3 million direct and indirect jobs. This would currently account for about 83% of the European Union's total installed electricity capacity, including renewables, fossil fuels, and nuclear (approximately 1.2 TW as of late 2025). If this target were raised from 1 TW to 1.5 TW, the European Union would more than double its current installed capacity of about 1.2 TW, reaching a total of roughly 2.7 TW, which would exceed twice the American capacity (around 1.3 TW) and near three-quarters of the Chinese capacity (around 3.8 TW). Based on TeraMed's estimates, it would require investments of $1 trillion, generating around 4.5 million jobs in North Africa and Europe. The installation project would take between 6-10 years, though it could be accelerated with aggressive engineering and strong political will. So far, in more than one year, TeraMed has not installed a single panel, highlighting the lack of coordination among Europeans in defining their energy, industrial, and economic policy priorities. With 1.5 TW of electricity generated, industrial costs in Europe would drop significantly, fulfilling the first stage to retain and attract industries. However, a second pillar would still need to be completed: natural gas. All current pipeline projects in Africa are timid, from Mauritania and Senegal to Mozambique. Investments of $20 billion and 20,000 km of pipelines would be required across several African countries, but primarily a robust Nigerian pipeline capable of transporting at least 70 bcm, which alone would meet 20% of Europe's demand. This is a project that would take at least 10 years, though it could be accelerated at the same pace as the solar panels. These are the reasons why the war must end, and Europe must get back on track. The cost of the war far exceeds the resources sent to Ukraine. Estimates suggest that total war-related costs, including aid to Ukraine, weapons, refugees, energy losses, and sanction impacts, exceed $1.5 trillion. For these and other reasons, I always say that warmongers are the true saboteurs of Europe. Moreover, engaging in free trade agreements like those with Mercosur or Indonesia won't help, as such high energy costs will make it difficult to compete in those markets as well. The Germans are desperately trying to offset losses with solar panels, but their efficiency is 2-3 times lower than panels installed in North Africa. Therefore, a supranational plan is needed. Installing panels alone won't solve the problem if they aren't efficient enough to restore industrial competitiveness and lower overall costs. Both investments in solar panels and gas would pay for themselves in just a few years, repositioning Europe to compete in the global market, and more than that, luring back companies that have already migrated to Asia. Itโs green, industrial, and economic, and it generates both local and foreign jobs, bringing development and opportunities to these countries, just as the Chinese are doing in some countries.show more

Netanyahu has arrived at the White House to meet... with President Trump to discuss the 21-Point Plan ๐ Trumpโs 21-Point โDay Afterโ Plan for Gaz: 1. Gaza will be a de-radicalized, terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbors. 2. Gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit of its people. 3. If Israel and Hamas agree to the proposal, the war will immediately end, with the IDF halting all operations and gradually withdrawing from the Strip. 4. Within 48 hours of Israel publicly accepting the deal, all living and deceased hostages will be returned. 5. Once the hostages are returned, Israel will free several hundred Palestinian security prisoners serving life sentences and over 1,000 Gazans arrested since the start of the war, along with the bodies of several hundred Palestinians. 6. Once the hostages are returned, Hamas members who commit to peaceful coexistence will be granted amnesty, while members who wish to leave the Strip will be granted safe passage to receiving countries. 7. Once this agreement is reached, aid will surge into the Strip at rates no lower than the benchmarks set in the January 2025 hostage deal, which included 600 trucks of aid per day, along with the rehabilitation of critical infrastructure and the entry of equipment for removing rubble. 8. Aid will be distributed โ without interference from either side โ by the United Nations and the Red Crescent, along with other international organizations not associated with either Israel or Hamas. 9. Gaza will be administered by a temporary, transitional government of Palestinian technocrats who will be responsible for providing day-to-day services for the people of the Strip. The committee will be supervised by a new international body established by the US in consultation with Arab and European partners. It will establish a framework for funding the redevelopment of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform program. 10. An economic plan will be created to rebuild Gaza through the convening of experts with experience in constructing modern Middle East cities and through the consideration of existing plans aimed at attracting investments and creating jobs. 11. An economic zone will be established, with reduced tariffs and access rates to be negotiated by participating countries. 12. No one will be forced to leave Gaza, but those who choose to leave will be allowed to return. Moreover, Gazans will be encouraged to remain in the Strip and offered an opportunity to build a better future there. 13. Hamas will have no role in Gazaโs governance whatsoever. There will be a commitment to destroy and stop building any offensive military infrastructure, including tunnels. Gazaโs new leaders will commit to peaceful coexistence with their neighbors. 14. A security guarantee will be provided by regional partners to ensure that Hamas and other Gaza factions comply with their obligations and that Gaza ceases to pose a threat to Israel or its own people. 15. The US will work with Arab and other international partners to develop a temporary international stabilization force that will immediately deploy in Gaza to oversee security in the Strip. The force will develop and train a Palestinian police force, which will serve as a long-term internal security body. 16. Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza, and the IDF will gradually hand over territory it currently occupies, as the replacement security forces establish control and stability in the Strip. 17. If Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above points will proceed in terror-free areas, which the IDF will gradually hand over to the international stabilization force. 18. Israel agrees not to carry out future strikes in Qatar. The US and the international community acknowledge Dohaโs important mediating role in the Gaza conflict. 19. A process will be established to de-radicalize the population. This will include an interfaith dialogue aimed at changing mindsets and narratives in Israel and Gaza. 20. When Gazaโs redevelopment has been advanced and the PA reform program has been implemented, the conditions may be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian statehood, which is recognized as the aspiration of the Palestinian people. 21. The US will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful coexistence.show more

Maharashtra Fast-Tracks Industrial Growth with Bold Reforms๐ Chaired the... Ease of Doing Business War Room Meeting in Mumbai today, reaffirming Maharashtraโs commitment to remain the top destination for foreign direct investment and to swiftly convert these investments into thriving industries. Directed the administration to reduce the number of permissions required, ensuring that new entrepreneurs save valuable time and resources. To strengthen investor confidence, the Urban Development Department has been tasked with developing an AI-driven online system for building construction permissions. Under this model, once applications are submitted as per norms, documents will be verified automatically, and permissions granted seamlessly, eliminating delays and ensuring speed. Further reforms include the creation of a single-window mechanism for industrial approvals, exemption of multiple permissions for industries under the green pollution category for a specified period, and decentralising many permissions to the district level for faster processing. These measures will significantly cut red tape and simplify compliance. By eliminating obstacles and creating a truly industry-friendly ecosystem, Maharashtra is building an environment where entrepreneurs can focus on innovation and growth rather than navigating bureaucracy. With seriousness in implementation and proactive reforms, the State will continue to attract large-scale investment, accelerate industrial growth, and progress steadily towards the vision of becoming Indiaโs first $1 trillion sub-national economy. #EaseOfDoingBusiness #InvestInMaharashtra #IndustrialGrowthshow more

This is GIFT City. But this post is about... Gurugram. Wide roads. Underground utility tunnels. District cooling. Automated waste collection. Green-certified buildings. More than 1,200 registered entities and $111 billion in banking assets. It is not Shanghai, Shenzhen or Dubai yet. But the direction is visible. Gujarat imagined a city that could compete with global financial centres. Then it started building the infrastructure required for that ambition. Now come to Gurugram. The city credited with contributing around 65% of Haryanaโs revenue. Around 25% of the stateโs GST collection comes from Gurugram. Last year, it contributed โน3,875 crore from liquor-zone auctions alone. That was 27% of Haryanaโs total. The Bristol Chowk licensing zone alone fetched nearly โน100 crore. Mr Nayab Singh Saini, what exactly is Gurugram getting in return? Garbage is lying on roads across the city. Gurugram generates around 1,200 tonnes of waste every day. The waste collection system has survived on temporary arrangements since the main contract was terminated in June 2024. Nearly two years later, the city is still floating tenders and searching for a permanent solution. Then come the roads. An MCG survey found more than 2,000 potholes across eight zones. One division alone had 600. Only 387 had been repaired when those numbers were reported. By February 2026, MCG had to announce another drive targeting 5,000 potholes in ten days. We do not have a road-maintenance system. We have pothole-filling announcements after every round of public outrage. Then it rains. In July 2025, 133 mm of overnight rain brought Gurugram to a standstill. Subhash Chowk had around 2.5 feet of water. People remained stuck in traffic until 2 AM. Open manholes disappear under rainwater. Potholes become invisible. Roads turn into accident traps. Then the electricity goes. A resident of DLF Phase 1 reported an eight-hour power cut after a five-minute drizzle. In May 2026, a fault at the Sector 72 substation disrupted eight substations and even affected Rapid Metro operations. This is happening in one of the most expensive corporate and residential districts in India. And money is not the problem. MCG spent โน1,282 crore out of its โน1,497 crore expenditure budget by January 2026. But only โน85 crore had gone towards road construction and โน240 crore towards sanitation and waste management. So the problem is worse than merely having an unspent budget. Money is being spent. Residents simply cannot see the outcome on the roads outside their homes. We are not asking Haryana to build another GIFT City tomorrow. We are asking for three things. Roads that remain usable after rain. Electricity that does not disappear with the first storm. Garbage that gets collected before every vacant plot becomes a dumping ground. These are not luxury demands. These are the most basic functions of a government. Property prices in Gurugram have reached global-city levels. People are paying โน5 crore, โน8 crore and โน10 crore for apartments. But outside the gates, the roads, drains and electricity systems still feel like they belong to another decade. Gujarat looked at an empty piece of land and imagined a global city. Haryana already has one of Indiaโs strongest economic cities. It does not need to imagine it. It only needs to stop neglecting it. Fix the roads. Fix the power. Pick up the garbage. That is all Gurugram is asking for. Video credit, Reddit: [aamirusiddiqui]show more

Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the โ02 Buildingโ at Dry Dock (where thereโs debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until itโs charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyrโs Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. The genial sanctions! For those who said that factories... like the Chinese ones exist in the West, no, they don't. The Chinese are using full-cycle automation in factories that even lack basic lighting. And this is working for cars as well as for missiles, as I have shown here before. Now comes the most interesting part. A large portion of the automation machinery is still European, but this dependence has been decreasing, and today itโs less than 40%. The West used to dominate the market for Chinese chips, industrial machinery, aviation, and various other sectors. What was the big idea? Impose sanctions on the Chinese and force them to develop all these technologies so they no longer need to buy from the West. Genius, donโt you think? Today, the Chinese are developing four commercial aviation engines simultaneously, with at least one already flying in testing phase, and three other engine projects for cargo aviation based on Russian models. This was a market that was entirely owned by the West. Another issue that will need to be addressed sooner or later is whether there will be tariffs on products coming from fully roboticized factories. Some might say this is punishing efficiency. But whatโs the point of efficiency if no one has a job and can spend? An extremely efficient model that creates unemployment beyond its borders? Obviously, this will be discussed at some point.show more

Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided... to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please donโt ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.show more
