We know the absolute truth: it was fully active before, and the Rwandan government intentionally got it shut down. 5️⃣Arrogance Over High Internet Costs: When a young person asked him, "You expect us to use the internet to clean up your public image, yet it remains completely unaffordable for us. How are we supposed to use it when we can't afford it?" he replied with pure arrogance: "Whether it is expensive or not, I personally must use it." 6️⃣Total Failure in Health and Education: When challenged on the abysmal state of public healthcare and the completely worthless quality of public education, his excuse was, "We tried, these problems have existed for many years." #Paul you have utterly failed to deliver on your basic responsibilities, why don't you step down and let others lead?
