Jinggoy Estrada. When asked if he was aware of ghost projects in the province, Bonoan said he only learned about them this year through reports from the agency, which are now being validated. He mentioned that many projects were supposedly implemented in 2021 and 2022. Sen. Estrada named affected areas including Calumpit, Malolos, and Hagonoy, prompting Bonoan to confirm that information was received. It was revealed that Wao Wao Builders, owned by Mark Allan Arevalo, was the contractor.
