In fighting when you learn proper spacing you become a lot more effective and confident. Defense is the same way. Learning YOUR proper spacing based off your length, speed, IQ, etc will help you become a much better defender! Boys working hard today!! Dean Rueckert

COMMON DENOMINATOR OF GOOD OFFENSES There are many different ways to play offense… Fast,Slow, 5 Out, 4 out 1 in, continuity, run a million sets, etc. Based on personnel and philosophy, the system you put in might differ. But the common denominator between the best offensive teams is that they get High Quality shots. Layups, Free Throws, Catch n Shoot 3’s, etc. Wouldn’t it then make sense that when putting your system together, the most important part is the players having clarity on the type of shots you value most and the spacing/principles we need to get them?

Agreed—dyslexia is in an overly-broad category under IDEA. My 21st Century Dyslexia Act would fix that, putting dyslexia in its OWN category. This could help schools better identify students with dyslexia, improve reporting, and encourage earlier interventions. Let's pass it!
