Andrew Huberman once said: "The brain is like a muscle. If you don't use it, you lose it." A few years ago, I could barely focus for 2 minutes. Today, 12-hour workdays feel effortless. Here are Huberman's 7 principles for superhuman focus that changed my life:

2. Meditation Now don't get mad. I know everyone talks about this already. But meditation is such an EFFECTIVE way to not just improve your focus for the long term… But also your mental health in general. The crazy part? 3-5 minutes a day is more than enough.

3. Work on something you like I always struggled to focus in school. Why? I simply didn't care about the shit they teach you there. But working on my business? It's a lot easier to stay focused because I see the actual value in doing so. Find the 'Why'.

4. Sleep You sleep ⅓ of your life. So you better optimize it. Good rest at night, peak focus at day. It's not cool to sleep 4h a night to ‘grind’. I sleep 8h - and produce results like crazy. And most importantly, I'm healthier. Two underrated ways to improve your sleep:

I. Mouth tape Crazy underrated. You're supposed to breathe through your nose. And even if you do so during the day… Most likely you aren't doing it when asleep. But with a mouth tape you do. Your sleep will improve significantly. AND you'll fix your facial bone structure.

II. Magnesium A Magnesium supplement is powerful. Take it about an hour before you go to bed… And trust me, you'll sleep like a stone. Simple but mad effective.

5. Frequencies Go to Spotify or whatever you use. Type in ‘40hz beats’, grab some earphones, and kick off your work session. It might not be something for everyone. But for me it was an absolute game changer. Give it a try.

6. Intermittent fasting Delay your breakfast for a couple of hours and you'll literally 10x your focus in that time. Only drink water and coffee. Perfect to work. But if you absolutely HAVE to eat… Then make sure it's low on carbs and you don't overeat yourself.
