Today, I held a meeting in Kharkiv focusing primarily on security and energy issues. Energy is always one of the top priorities. We understand how, step by step, the electricity deficit will be gradually filled. Government officials have clear tasks and personal responsibility. Winter preparation starts now, in summer. We are also working on the configuration of air defense systems to ensure Kharkiv and other regions have better protection against Russian attacks. Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi, who also participated in today's meetings, along with relevant commanders, will present an updated structure for our air defense systems and new requests for our partners—what we need to secure by the end of the year.

Today we announced our new Fairwater datacenter in Atlanta, connected with our first Fairwater site in Wisconsin and our broader Azure footprint to create the world’s first AI superfactory. Fairwater exemplifies our vision for a fungible fleet: infra that can serve any workload, anywhere, on fit-for-purpose accelerators and network paths, with maximum performance and efficiency. AI workloads have evolved beyond large-scale pre-training. Today, they encompass fine-tuning, reinforcement learning (RL), synthetic data generation, evaluation pipelines, and more. Fairwater is built to support this full lifecycle: Max density: Fairwater’s two-story design and liquid cooling system lets us place racks in three dimensions and pack them with GPUs as densely as possible, minimizing cable runs and improving latency and effective bandwidth. Fleet: Each Fairwater DC can integrate hundreds of thousands of the latest NVIDIA GPUs into a single coherent cluster. This provides flexible infra that can support the full spectrum of workloads, and ensure no GPU is left unnecessarily idle. And that’s on top of the more than 100,000 GB300s coming online this quarter alone for inference across the rest of our fleet. For us, it’s all about turning every gigawatt into the maximum number of useful tokens. Not every GW is created equal! Planet-scale: Every Fairwater DC will connect through our continent-spanning AI WAN to prior generations of AI supercomputers, forming a truly fungible pool of compute. More than 800 people are in the field and hundreds more are behind the scenes working to restore service to our customers. Our focus today has been on assessing damage from the storm and restoring power to critical infrastructure—like hospitals—and main electrical feeders, like in #Yarmouth as seen here today. We do our best to give an estimate of when the power will be restored. Once our crews are able to assess damage to infrastructure, those estimates will be updated. Today, during our meeting with Dutch Prime Minister, we focused our discussion on strengthening Ukraine’s air defense, including new air defense systems and the missiles for them. We also talked about F-16s for Ukraine and all the necessary weapons for our defense against the Russian occupiers, including shells for our soldiers, essential equipment, and the protection of our energy infrastructure. I am grateful to the Netherlands for announcing a new assistance package for Ukraine. We also discussed the possibility of the Netherlands taking on a patronage role over Zaporizhzhia, which would involve supporting infrastructure, protecting normal life, and addressing humanitarian issues. This is something that will definitely help Ukraine, and we deeply appreciate all the support from the people of the Netherlands, from Prime Minister Schoof personally, and from all the political and public figures in the Netherlands. And of course, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all our people, to everyone who is protecting Ukraine, our Zaporizhzhia, and all our cities and communities — to everyone fighting for Ukraine, working here in our country, and helping us. I am proud of our people and proud of Ukraine.

Last week, we introduced Quy as part of our ongoing effort to share more about the people behind Robora, as we uphold transparency in how we work and who we are. This week, we're excited to continue that journey by introducing another key team member: Ege. Meet Ege, an industrial designer from Istanbul shaping the hardware behind Robora’s robotics platform. Starting his journey in aviation, he explored how shape, balance, and materials can push the limits of movement and efficiency. At Robora, he combines creativity and engineering to design the structural systems that bring our robots to life in Simulation Environment and in the real world. In this video, he shares more about himself and his role within Robora.

Today in Odesa, on the day of our Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we express our gratitude to all our naval warriors and engage in negotiations to ensure that Ukraine’s Defense Forces, including our Navy, receive even greater capabilities. We also welcomed the new Ministers of Defence and Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, as well as the new British Secretary of State for Defence. I informed them about the situation on the battlefield, and there was a briefing from Vice Admiral Neizhpapa, the Ukrainian Navy Commander. We will continue to strengthen the Ukrainian fleet together with the UK and the Netherlands. There are promising new developments in our cooperation. We also discussed strengthening our air defense systems, which remains an absolute priority, and I am grateful for the willingness to take the next steps, particularly regarding the F-16s.
