इसी खालिद सैफी को दिल्ली दंगों में गिरफ्तार किया गया है दंगों की योजना बनाने में फंड जुटाने में खालिद सैफी की बहुत बड़ी भूमिका रही है खालीद सैफी ने शाहरुख और एक अन्य व्यक्ति को सैकड़ो पुलिस को जिंदा जलाने का टास्क दिया था उसके लिए पुलिस पर तेजाब फेंकने का प्लान बनाया गया था
