Running doesn’t instantly melt body fat, but it creates the conditions for fat loss over time. When you run, your muscles need energy, so your body begins using stored fuel sources like carbohydrates and fat to keep you moving.

Sleep is everything, and if you’re like me, getting a good night’s rest can be a struggle. Magnesium Glycinate is my go-to at night. It helps me relax, sleep deeply, and wake up feeling ready to face the day. ✓ Relax & Unwind: Helps calm your body and mind. ✓ Better Sleep: I take it before bed, and it works wonders. ✓ Supports Overall Health: Good for your heart, bones, and stress levels. If you want better sleep and a calmer night, this is the one I recommend. Check it out at

Mobility work doesn’t always look exciting, but your body notices it. Move better through the hips, control your range and everything else in training starts feeling a bit smoother.

You might think sitting all day saves energy, but it backfires! The less you move, the more tired you become. A University of Georgia study found that sedentary people who started engaging in regular low-intensity exercise increased their energy levels by 20% and reduced fatigue by 65%. Exercise doesn’t drain your energy; it jumpstarts it. Get moving and feel the difference! 💪 Source: Psychother Psychosom. 2008;77(3):167-174. doi:10.1159/000116610 . #Fitness #Exercise #EnergyBoost

Draw a circle. Inside, write what's in your control today. Outside, what isn't. The two minutes it takes might help you manage your emotions and remember that taking care of your mental health is within your control. Share a photo of it in the comments below and help others see that they're not alone. #OnMyMind

The PHYSICAL BODY has a 'field of energy' called a BIOFIELD. Some refer to it as the 'human energy field' (HEF). It is also known as your (((AURA))) - A more commonly used term, which MOST are 'familiar' with. The ancients understood them, and there are HEALERS still, as then able to SEE this 'field of energy'. Understanding the HUMAN ENERGY FIELD and causes which lead to DIS-EASE 👇🏻 Environmental contaminants, low quality (energy) food, trauma, and NEGATIVE thoughts and actions are a few things that have a DETRIMENTAL impact on us...

Alcohol might feel like a stress reliever, but it’s also a sneaky carcinogen that messes with your brain, liver, and hormones. Even “moderate” drinking raises cancer risk and fuels inflammation. Cutting back or eliminating alcohol is a radical act of self-love. Your clarity, sleep, and mental and physical health are worth it. #Wellness #AlcoholAwareness

You probably think you need to do more cardio. Longer workouts. More miles. More suffering. But what if you just made the walk you're already taking a little more challenging? I've been a big fan of weighted vests for years because they're simple. You put one on, go for a walk, and suddenly your body has to do more work without you spending any more time exercising. The data is pretty impressive and one of the biggest mistakes I see people make is thinking health has to be extreme to be effective. Most of the time, the answer is taking something you're already doing and making it a little better. A weighted vest is a great example of that. Just walk.

🌈To all my wonderful pals around the world. I bid you farewell, as I crossed the rainbow bridge today. Thank you all for your love and friendship, it meant a lot. You’re all very special. I had one last walk on the beach & lots of hugs. 💚💚💚💚

Me: "I'm too tired for the gym today" Also me: *does 2 pushups and calls it a workout* 😂 Motivation Monday reminder: It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be DONE. You moving your body today or we both lying to ourselves? 👀

I’m a carnivore and I eat pickles. Healing doesn’t fit into a rigid box, and it isn’t linear. Eating meat healed my body, stabilized my blood sugar, and changed my life. Adding a few pickles on a bacon cheeseburger does not erase that. Our ancestors didn’t eat salad bars or processed junk, but they also ate what was available when needed. Fermented foods and berries didn’t suddenly make them “not ancestral.” Do what works for your body. Dogma helps no one heal.

Anulom Vilom Pranayama, also known as alternate nostril breathing, is highly effective in managing several health issues. Here are three problems where it is particularly beneficial: 1. Migraines and Headaches: By balancing the flow of prana (life energy) in the body, Anulom Vilom can help relieve tension and improve oxygen supply to the brain, reducing the frequency and intensity of migraines and headaches. 2. Stress and Anxiety: Anulom Vilom helps calm the mind and reduce stress by balancing the nervous system. It activates the parasympathetic system, promoting relaxation and decreasing anxiety levels. 3. Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Regular practice of Anulom Vilom can help lower high blood pressure by promoting better circulation, reducing stress, and improving overall heart health.
