From Google maps, not as pretty

Always check the street view 🤌

Its 'tarf, what do you want. Would suit a single person down to the ground given location. Like you might get a 3-4 bed semi somewhere lesser for 450. But Kinara for breakfast lunch & dinner is priceless

I do love a murghi makanwala tbf

I think it's in house owners interest to put your house on the market for a ridiculous price...if someone bites, then good on ya

Fucking outrageous

As Karen Mulvaney helpfully informs us, it has a sea view. If you squint incredibly hard, that is, or zoom your camera to the max.

Honestly this doesnt make me as angry as others. I looked in Clontarf when I was buying amd saw some really small crap accomodstion. People are paying for location. Sea at doorstep, easy access to town great local pubs and shops

Whoever buys that, I pity them. This country is a sorry fucking state for young house hunters.
