IODINE...The Master Detoxifier Of Heavy Metals & Halides. To Chelate Toxic Mercury, Lead, Fluoride & Bromide...Your Body Requires Iodine. To Make Your Body Inhospitable To Parasites Who Thrive On Heavy Metals...Your Body Requires Iodine. Every Cell Has An Iodine Requirement. There are approximately 2 billion people worldwide suffering from Iodine deficiency & many more suffering from subclinical deficiency. Each of our cells has an iodine receptor site & if there is no available iodine to uptake into the cell, heavy metals will displace & occupy that site. Heavy metals infiltrate where Iodine should be & harm thyroid function. Hypothyroid is caused by heavy metals poisoning because Iodine cannot uptake into the cells. Which is why Iodine supplementation & a healing protocol heals Hypothyroid permanently. Heavy metals infiltrate where iodine should reside & this allows parasites to take hold & harm the body. Parasites seek, use & are attracted to heavy metals. A body overrun by heavy metals is a perfect hospitable environment for parasitic infections. Approximately 3.5 billion people worldwide have a parasitic infection. The RDA dose of 150 mcg is only set to prevent a Thyroid Goiter, not the amount every cell needs for vibrant optimal health. Your thyroid gland alone needs about 6 mg of iodine per day for optimal function. Breast tissue needs an additional 5 mg/day & other body tissues such as your adrenal glands, thymus, ovaries, hypothalamus, prostate & pituitary gland need an another 2 mg/day. For optimal wellness, which is what you should always strive for, you need at least 10 mg of Iodine each day. 10 Life Transformative Benefits of Iodine: 1: Detox Mercury, Aluminum, Lead, Fluoride & Bromide 2: Shrinks Cysts, Fibroids & Tumors 3: Prevents Cancer & Parasitic Infections 4: Heals Candida & Fungal Infections 5: Relieves Menopause symptoms, hot flashes & acne 6: Breaks down scar tissue & adhesions 7: Lifts mood & brain fog 8: Relieves cold hands & feet 9: Stimulates hair growth on scalp, eyebrows & lashes 10: Heals immune system & reduces inflammation Our soil, water & food are mostly devoid of Iodine in this modern era. Even consuming large quantities of eggs, seafood & raw dairy may not be enough to reach optimal Iodine intake each day. An easy way to reach optimal intake involves just a few drops of Lugol's 2% Liquid Iodine. Each drop delivers 2.5 mg of bioavailable Iodine. 👇J. Claude Code can ship a 45-second animated explainer ad in 30 minutes. No video editor needed, just CC + skills. Here's how I made this video for Soteri Skin 👇 1. /plan Concept Brief (Claude Code) I handwrite a concept brief, then chat with the agent to iterate on it. The agent gathers any raw materials we might need - context about the brand, product images, end card, etc. The concept brief details the concept, characters, visual style, script, etc 2. /prepare a moodboard (CC + GPT Image 2 + ElevenLabs) After reviewing the script, generate: - character reference images - voiceover samples for the characters / narrator - the storyboard (scene by scene grid) - a few keyframe scenes 3. /generate Keyframes for each scene (CC uses Nano Banana or GPT Image 2) Uses the character references from the previous step to generate keyframes for each scene. I probably should have done a round of iteration at this step – there's some character drift and the pH meter representation could have been better. 4. /animate Keyframe → Animated Clip (CC uses Fal Seedance) Generate 2-4 representative scenes first to see a preview. If it looks good, then generate everything. 5. /stitch (CC + ffmpeg + ElevenLabs) - Stitch clips together with hard cut - Add a music score + SFX - Sync clips to the VO - Add captions - Review and edit timing / pacing issues 6. /watch the final cut and review it - as a video editor for technical errors (mismatched voiceover and visuals, AI hallucinations, etc) - as a viewer (ICP). I delegate most of the review to the agent because it catches more things and keeps me out of the loop as much as possible. It also fixes any issues found in the review. That's it. This video took me 30 minutes because I have already created skills for everything I described above. Some day, this will be < 5 minutes. I just review and chat to provide direction and feedback. The skills do all the technical work. 7. /learn Extracts learnings and updates the skills. This final step is really important. It turns this process into a closed loop system that makes the next video much easier to create because all the learnings from the human-in-the-loop process get encoded into code. Skills are code too. If you want access to the skill, drop a comment, and I'll DM it to you (must be following). If you want to make AI video ads like this, DM me.

We just launched Frido Vajra Gaming chair which is arguably light years ahead of current generation of gaming chairs in market. Our team just didn’t wanted to launch another gaming chair, we wanted to change the Gaming Chair Industry by showing what’s possible and fix every single compromise that the current chairs are built on. There is nothing that comes close to this, at least not in India. This will probably surpass the feature benchmarks of global bests but we will wait till international influencers love it as much as Indian ones did. Fingers crossed 🤞 Timestamp guidance for those who are keen to explore specifics in livestream but don’t have the time to watch it in full ⤵️ 1/ 0:30 From 1 to 3 million customers Frido was founded in 2015. We started by solving real mobility problems. Today, over 3 million people use Frido products. 2/ 3:00 Why Most Gaming Chairs Fail to Deliver Most gaming chairs optimise for looks, not performance. Existing Neck pillows don’t support and are cosmetic. Lumbar pillows that come with gaming chair are unusable. Armrests wobble. Recline feels unsafe. They look premium but function average. 3/ 12:30 A Neck Rest That Actually Works Vajra uses a magnetic neck rest. No straps. It adjusts naturally with height and movement and provides real cervical support. 4/ 16:20 Smart and 3D Back Support for Real Gaming Posture Gamers lean forward. Vajra’s 3D lumbar backrest moves with the user to maintain spinal support during gameplay, typing, and streaming. Available in mechanical and electric variants. 5/ 19:45 Recline Without Fear Stability was non negotiable. A 370 mm base radius keeps the chair stable even at deep recline. You can relax without thinking twice. 6/ 22:30 Armrests That Stay Put These are 4D armrests built for stability. They move where needed and lock firmly in place. No accidental shifts mid game. 7/ 25:30 Built In Recovery Vajra includes a rechargeable haptic massage system and a solid weight bearing footrest. Both are designed for recovery during long sessions. (Pls note: Haptic Massage is only available in Electric Variant) 8/ 32:40 Why It’s Called Vajra Vajra is a powerful weapon that stands for strength and durability. Backed by a three year warranty, it is built for gamers, professionals, and students who sit eight to twelve hours a day. Link to buy Vajra Gaming Chair below👇 Limited time COUPON: “GANESH4000” for additional 4000 Rs off. 🚀🚀

With Y Combinator demo day coming up this weekend, I wanted to reflect on what I learned from YC W14, 10 years on + another company in: 1. The 7 minute espresso rule. Our first meeting with Sam Altman lasted just 7 minutes. The batch hadn’t even officially started yet and my cofounder Ryan Rowe and I drove down from Mountain View to the tiny SF YC outpost to meet him. Sam was making an espresso when we walked in. He opened with – “have you launched”? We said no, too many bugs. Our product Kimono Labs made it easy to just point and click to build a web scraper. Our promise was to get you an API in 60 seconds, without code. But it only worked on a handful of sites at the time. Sam pushed us to launched in 2 weeks. We debated. The espresso finished brewing, he picked it up, looked at us and said, “well, you better get going then and fix those bugs”. We left, launched in 2 weeks and learned one of the most important lessons that day - speed matters. Ship something you’re embarrassed by. 2. There are no experts. Ryan and I were not prepared for the rapid influx of user on launch day. It got tons of traffic on day 1 and we didn’t sleep in the next 48 hours bc servers and database kept crashing. We realized we weren’t the experts and needed to hire one. We went over to Michael Seibel for advice who smiled and told us that in the early days at SocialCam (Twitch) experts thought the streaming video problem was impossible. The answer wasn’t hiring an expert, but hiring someone young, capable and naïve enough to give it an earnest try. So we opted to just figure it out ourselves. 3. Messages in Pizza Boxes. Startups win through incredible customer service, then through product, not the other way around. Seibel told us how SocialCam’s streaming infrastructure went down while a key teammate was unreachable off-grid in a Tahoe cabin for the weekend. Normal people would have waited until Monday. Not Michael. He called a local pizza delivery place and asked the delivery person to send a large pizza with an urgent message in the box to the cabin. Their infrastructure was back up in hours. 4. The Twinkle can matter more than the TAM. Ambition matters just as much as practicality. Before demo day, we were struggling with the end of our pitch. We knew the value of our product, and had a fanatical and fast-growing user base, but the market size we calculated either seemed so ridiculously big that it was not plausible, or so narrow that it was equally silly. Paul Graham and Geoff Ralston sat with us and showed that us that if we can really pull it off at scale, it would be bigger than Google. PG suggested not talking about market size, but just making sure people could see the twinkle in our eyes when we talked about what you might be able to do with a structured copy of the internet that’s larger than Google’s. 5. You’re always at the Origin. Our demo day was successful beyond our wildest beliefs. Afterwards, Geoff drew a chart for us on a whiteboard. It was a hockey stick. He asked us where we thought we were. It was a rhetorical question. He said we were at the origin. Sam doubled down. When he invested in Kimono, he gave us a Zimbabwean Trillion dollar note (the result of extreme hyperinflation in Zimbabwe), as a cautionary reminder that the fundraising and valuation mean nothing. We have channeled this into our culture @TheArenaAI with our ritual around neon shoelaces and a pair of neon track spikes hanging on the wall to remind us that we’re at the Olympic starting line, but we don’t have any medals yet. 6. High bandwidth discussions with users don’t happen over email. The “Collison installation” is part of YC lore. John Collison told us that talking to users live was essential because email and chat conversations were just not enough. We did 100s of Skype conversations with Kimono users + one power user Alex Chung, who I met this way, has become a close friend and even attended my wedding in India last year!

Finally new version of text system is released on our website ! I released as update to old version but in reality it's completely new thing in material and lot's of work in verse. I'm still working on documentation or/and videos but here is a list of good stuff it does: - Material got much lighter as slots logic moved to vertex shader. - Characters can overlap and still won't be cut out compared to old version. - Character can be animated and I already implemented some (wave, scale up/down and shake). - Custom face camera logic which works with prop scale so no need to additionally specify with and height. - Rows offset automatically when scale up or down any row. - Text effects now can be applied to any character, so words or single character. - Custom glint which works perfectly with any number of rows as a single line with multiple important controls. - Higher quality outline with two parameters to control inner and outer edge. - Timer logic split into to parts, verse and material. Verse setup initial layout and reserve slots for timer digits and then each second just sends seconds value and GPU makes timer tick freeing verse TPS by huge number. - To apply effects simply need use parsing markup with custom tag where N number between 1-9. So simply can write " Hello World" and word Hello will have rainbow effect applied. Currently implemented 4 effects. - To use icons in slots from texture array is as simple as specify another tag [iconN] where N is number of icon in array. So for example if coin is icon index 0 just need to write [icon1]100K. - Progress bar is supported as well and can be snapped to row without eyeball offset. - Background image supported now too! In the video yellow one is as test and you can use any of your own. Verse side got lots of changes: - Now saves/caches layouts better. - Smart packing of data allowed drastically reduce number of parameters, which should help with network optimization! - Instead having vector parameter per each slot to just send character index and position (32x5=160 if used 5 rows) now it's only 11 vector parameters per each row so 11x5=55 which is huge save and it sends text effects index in it too! - Implemented text update queue for text which doesn't require instant update. It helps to give more breathing for other text props which needs that speed. - Materials code now use interface and wrappers for cleaner work. If you still read it then thank you! :) On our website we now run 25% sale! And if you own old version please DM me here or in Discord and I will give you promo code for 100% discount on our website! Commercial Fluoride Is A Thief...The Industrial Waste That Could Be Stealing Your Thyroid Health. Dr Ben Bikman, PhD The Thyroid Is Completely Dependent On Iodine & Fluoride Will Compete With Iodine & Block Its Absorption. Iodine Is The Backbone Of T3 & T4 Hormone Production. Fluoride is the problem... Fluoride is a neurotoxin & should have never been added to anything humans use or consume....not toothpaste, not mouthwash & definitely not drinking water. It is a chemical byproduct of aluminum, steel, cement, phosphate & nuclear weapons manufacturing. Before the public was convinced that adding fluoride to their water was for their own good, the metal & chemical industries had the problem of disposing of their highly toxic fluoride waste. Now, thanks to corporate lobbyists & the big lie sold to the public about supposed health benefits, the fluoride waste is dumped into our municipal water supplies & into our personal care products. Not only did this solve their toxic waste disposal problem but allowed them to sell it for a profit at a markup of 20,000 times. Iodine is the solution... Iodine is the body's master internal detoxifier of heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine, bromine & the radiation residue that builds up in tissues. Fluoride infiltrates where Iodine should be & harms thyroid function. Hypothyroid is caused by heavy metals poisoning because Iodine cannot uptake into the cells. Which is why Iodine supplementation & a healing protocol heals Hypothyroid permanently. 10 Life Transformative Benefits of Iodine... 1: Detox Mercury, Aluminum, Lead, Fluoride & Bromide 2: Shrinks Cysts, Fibroids & Tumors 3: Prevents Cancer & Parasitic Infections 4: Heals Candida & Fungal Infections 5: Relieves Menopause symptoms, hot flashes & acne 6: Breaks down scar tissue & adhesions 7: Lifts mood & brain fog 8: Heals Hypothyroidism 9: Stimulates hair growth & relieves cold intolerance 10: Heals immune system & reduces inflammation Our soil, water & food are mostly devoid of Iodine in this modern era. Even consuming large quantities of eggs, seafood & raw dairy may not be enough to reach optimal Iodine intake each day. Each of our cells has an iodine receptor site & if there is no available iodine to uptake into the cell, heavy metals will displace & occupy that site. The RDA dose of 150 mcg is only set to prevent a Thyroid Goiter, not the amount every cell needs for vibrant optimal health. Your thyroid gland alone needs about 6 mg of iodine per day for optimal function. The rest of the body uses an additional 4 mg each day. For optimal wellness, which is what we always strive for, you need approximately 10 mg of Iodine each day. Iodine also has required cofactors which are easy to acquire the trace amounts needed thru diet. Iodine needs selenium, zinc, copper, iron & methylated B. An easy way to reach optimal intake involves just a few drops of Lugol's 2% Liquid Iodine. Each drop delivers 2.5 mg of bioavailable Iodine. I have taken J. Crow brand for years, after using a natural protocol 8 yrs ago to heal Hypothyroid. 👇Fluoride Is A Neurotoxin👇 👇200+ Studies On Fluoride Harm & Toxicity👇 👇Fluoride Exposure Affects Thyroid👇 Speaker: Dr Benjamin Bikman, PhD

🇨🇳☀️ The Truth About China’s Wumeng Mountain Solar Farms: Not the Lies Which Are Going Viral A video is spreading claiming “countless habitats were bulldozed for 40,000 acres of solar panels in Wumeng Mountain, China.” It’s dramatic… but it’s also completely wrong. If you want to learn something, read on... Here’s what’s actually happening 👇 1. Where is Wumeng Mountain? The Wumeng range stretches across Guizhou, Yunnan and Sichuan, one of China’s historically poorest, most degraded regions. Think: • Barren slopes • Karst terrain (thin rocky soil, hard for plants to grow) • Severe soil erosion • Thin, non-arable land • Over-mined, over-farmed areas It is NOT rainforest. It is NOT an untouched wildlife paradise. It has been one of China’s most ecologically fragile regions for decades. 2. What China built there? China is installing large-scale mountain solar farms on land that: • Can’t grow crops • Can’t support dense forest (for reforestation) • Has low ecological value • Was already stripped or degraded The projects follow the terrain. Nothing is “flattened.” No forests bulldozed. And many sites are dual-use agrivoltaic farms, goats and sheep graze under the panels and native vegetation returns because the land is no longer being over-farmed. 3. “Destroyed habitats”? Not even close Every major renewables project in China requires an Environmental Impact Assessment and since 2020, solar/wind cannot be built in: ❌ Protected forests ❌ National parks ❌ Primary ecosystems ❌ Wildlife reserves The chosen sites were already degraded hillside scrubland. Studies from Guizhou & Yunnan show: • Soil erosion drops sharply under solar arrays • Moisture increases • Native plants recover • Insects return and birds return Solar farms here are actually restoring the land, the opposite of the fear-mongering claims. 4. Environmental outcome: massively positive A 40,000-acre mountain solar farm delivers 6–8 GW of power. That’s enough to replace: 🔥 6 coal plants 🔥 30–40 million tonnes of CO₂ per year It uses zero water, releases zero pollution and allows vegetation to regrow. Meanwhile, Guizhou/Yunnan’s old coal basins produced decades of pollution and ecological damage. This is what cleaning up looks like. 5. Why the viral video is misleading? ⚠️ The narrative relies on: • A dramatic aerial shot • Zero local context • Ignoring land-type and terrain • Pretending this was untouched wilderness • Ignoring China’s laws protecting high-value ecosystems • Ignoring rural poverty alleviation • Ignoring the CO₂ reductions • Ignoring that mountain solar is built on non-arable, pre-degraded land If this exact project was built in Europe, it would be hailed as “green innovation.” But because it’s China, the West suddenly cries “environmental disaster.” The hypocrisy is insane. Absolutely INSANE! 6. What the Wumeng solar project actually represents ✔ Restoring degraded land ✔ Ending small coal mines ✔ Stabilising mountain soils ✔ Providing clean energy ✔ Raising local rural income ✔ Helping communities escape poverty ✔ Lowering global emissions (massively) ✔ Proving China’s renewables leadership, again China builds more solar each year than the entire rest of the world combined. This is what that looks like at ground level. Here is the truth: - There is no “eco-wasteland.” - No mass habitat destruction. - Just Western social media doing what it always does, misrepresenting China to score political points. The Wumeng solar rollout is one of the most successful examples of turning damaged land into clean energy and it is lifting entire regions out of poverty while cutting emissions on a global scale. China is the world’s largest reforestation nation, adding over 70 million hectares of new forests since the 1990s, more than any other country on Earth. From the Three-North Shelterbelt to the Grain-for-Green program, China is repairing past damage at a scale no Western nation has even attempted. Stop spreading lies about “destroyed habitats” when China is literally leading the world in restoring them. The real story is far more impressive than the propaganda being pushed online.

In honor of Y Combinator's 20th anniversary, here are my 6 favorite lessons: 1. The 7 minute espresso rule: Our first meeting with Sam Altman lasted just seven minutes. The batch hadn’t even officially started yet and my cofounder Ryan Rowe and I drove down from Mountain View to the tiny SF YC outpost to meet him. Sam was making an espresso when we walked in. He opened with – “have you launched”? We said no, too many bugs. Our product, kimono, made it easy to just point and click to build a web scraper. Our promise was to get you an API in 60 seconds, without writing a single line of code. But, the web is vast, and websites are very different. We needed it to work on a large enough spectrum of sites so that our first users would have a good experience. It worked on just a handful of sites at the time. Sam pushed us to make sure we were launched in less than 2 weeks. We debated, highlighting the complexity of the bugs and the limits of underlying headless browsing technology. The espresso finished brewing, he picked it up, looked at us and said, “well, you better get going then and fix those bugs”. We left, launched within those next two weeks and learned one of the most important lessons that day - speed matters. Ship something you’re embarrassed by. 2. There are no experts. Ryan and I were not prepared for the rapid influx of user on launch day. We did 88 user interviews to validate our product idea, and everyone basically said they wouldn’t use it. We thought they were wrong and built it anyway. It got tons of traffic on day 1. We didn’t sleep in the 48 hours following because our servers and database kept crashing. We hadn’t indexed it properly. We realized we weren’t the experts and needed to hire one. We went over to Michael Seibel's apartment for advice. Michael smiled and told us about the early days at SocialCam, that eventually became Twitch – experts thought the streaming video problem was too hard to be possible. The answer wasn’t hiring an expert, but hiring someone young, capable and naïve enough to give it an earnest try. So we opted to just figure it out ourselves. 3. Messages in Pizza Boxes. Startups win through incredible customer service, then through product, not the other way around. Michael Seibel told us how SocialCam’s streaming infrastructure went down while a key teammate was unreachable off-grid in a Tahoe cabin for the weekend. Before demo day, we were struggling with the end note of our pitch. We knew the value of our product, and had a fanatical and fast-growing user base, but the market size we calculated either seemed so ridiculously big that it was not plausible, or so narrow that it was equally silly. Paul Graham and Geoff Ralston sat with us and showed us that if we can really pull it off at scale, it would be bigger than Google. So, we could skip the market size, if we really believed it. PG suggested not talking about market size, but just making sure people could see the twinkle in our eyes when we talked about what you might be able to do with a structured copy of the internet that’s larger than Google’s. 5. You’re always at the Origin. Our demo day was successful beyond our wildest beliefs. Afterwards, Geoff Ralston drew a chart for us on a whiteboard. It was a hockey stick. He asked us where we thought we were. It was a rhetorical question. He said we were at the origin, and that the most important thing is to remember that. Sam Altman doubled down. When he invested in Kimono, he gave us a Zimbabwean Trillion dollar note (the result of extreme hyperinflation in Zimbabwe), as a cautionary reminder that the fundraising and valuation mean nothing. We have channeled this into our culture at @TheArenaAI with our ritual around neon shoelaces and a pair of neon track spikes hanging on the wall to remind us that we’re at the Olympic starting line, but we don’t have any medals yet. 6. High bandwidth discussions with users don’t happen over email. The Collison brothers, who founded Stripe, took user engagement to the next level – so much so that “Collison installation” is part of YC lore. John Collison told us that talking to users was essential because email and chat conversations were not “high bandwidth” enough. He emphasized the importance of what you can learn being with users in person or talking to them over Skype (remember, this was early 2014!). We took this to heart, and spoke to hundreds of users at Kimono regularly over Skype. One power user Alexander Chung, who I met this way, has become a close friend and even attended my wedding in India. At Arena, we now go a step further and regularly fly to our users. We over-invest to a degree that is almost crazy in order to be more than a supplier — a true partner to our early customers. YC taught us it’s the only way to understand their problems on the ground and really make sure our products work for them. YC taught us to outsource very little. Own the problem. Own the outcome. And if you do, you get to be stupidly ambitious. If you’re curious about Kimono Labs (which we later sold to Palantir ), here was our launch demo. No-code web scraping before “no code” was even a term: Here's our demo day pitch, from 2014. Forever grateful to those above + Garry Tan Jessica Livingston Trevor Blackwell
