Newly-released video shows an Arkansas State trooper punching 18-year-old Alisa Hackett in the face during a traffic stop earlier this month, after forcing her to the ground on the side of a highway. Trooper Moisses Arellano said she was resisting arrest, after he pulled her over for allegedly driving 11 miles above the posted speed limit with her hazards on. The trooper also said he found a sealed bottle of alcohol in her car. Hackett is facing multiple charges, including refusing to submit to arrest. Arkansas State Police have not said whether Arellano will face any discipline. Watch the video. It's insane.
