Three of my coaches played here Colin Harvey,Jimmy Gabriel and Sam Ellis.

My cousin John Quinn number 11 for Wednesday

I'd been the match then the following week queued outside the Tatler News Theatre in Church St to see that same Pathe News film. It was the first time I had seen film of a match in colour.

'Massive' confession time🦉⚽️😬🙃 1966 was BEFORE I became a #swfc fan... & I remember it [as if it were yesterday] as the 'Trebilcock' final! 'Cos Mike T, who turned the match in Everton's favour, once lived a few doors away in my Plymouth street when he first joined #pafc!🙄

Crying in my bedroom until dad shouted we’d equalised - ran downstairs to catch the winner 💙 spotted my mate over the road running out of his coal shed at the same time - tears running down his coal-covered face 💙

That and the semi-final v Bayern are the games that stand out for me. I was in tears at half-time. Temple made my day!!

I love those Everton warm up jackets💙 #EFC

Golden era of Football. @ArmfieldDuncan

Be nice for those days to come back...... Think might be a long time 🙄🙄x

Brilliant 👏
