Not only is the QLC lifespan getting shorter, but my Crucial X9 2TB uses the QLC chip for Local iOS backups (iMazing); additionally, the SSD drive’s health reached 99% after nearly one month of use, which is surprising.

512GB continues to be the best balance it seems. In the 17 Pro range the 256GB had slower storage.
