@DonnaD141 The mechanism for change is a simple one. Tax the profits at 100% for every discharge, (for every illegal discharge) Affect the income of shareholders, of those Execs. paid vast amounts to the extent that they are forced to change. They love market economics! Turn the tables!

Tijuana, Mexico is sending their untreated sewage right into California. It's really disgusting. Migrant numbers are down in San Diego, but the sewage continues to flow. I'll post more soon.

Water bills are through the roof, sewage is still being pumped into our rivers and Water companies are raking in massive profits while Ofwat does next to nothing. Time to scrap Ofwat and bring in a regulator that actually does its job.
