If you’re scared to strikeout looking, Then you’re going to chase w/ 2 strikes more. You’re going to chase out of the zone out of FEAR I’ve learned from great coaches that their best hitters K more LOOKING than swinging SHRINK, not widen w/ 2 strikes LSU stresses this too

Video I send to hitters I train, who are always in 2 strike counts. "The best 2 strike approach is not getting to 2 strikes. Hit the fastball and build a swing that doesn't foul pitches off"

Great hitters at what level, sometimes at lower levels guys are afraid to K because they don’t want to look bad

Great hitters have strike zone discipline. In today’s MLB it’s obvious that most players are not disciplined. The league OBP in 2023 was (.320) which is pathetic. MLB hitters are guessing based on the data. I know this for a fact. They’re guessing with 2 strikes too! #shegone
