The Unity Cube is one of the first (if not the first) apps on the #MetaQuest Store to RUN AT 207 Hz! And it also works pretty well with the experimental 240 Hz mode! I made this update so that every one of you can try for free the crazy smoothness of the new Quest framerates by just getting a little app from the store. I had this idea while I was reading about the new framerates on Quest. I thought: hey, I would like to try 207Hz, but only a very simple app could run at 207Hz in #VirtualReality. Then I realized that actually I'm the creator of such an app: The Unity Cube, the app that is just a cube. If that doesn't go at 207 Hz, no other apps can... So I worked on porting the cube to the latest SDKs, I added hand tracking, and then I implemented the 207 Hz support for the Meta Quest 3. And the result is incredibly smooth. It is like enjoying VR on steroids. There is also a strange halo effect appearing, but the experience is still enjoyable. Read about how to try 207 Hz with the Cube, how to implement 207 Hz in your Unity application, and what my impressions are about all of this in my latest article: #technology #unity3d #gamedev

Jordan Peterson on how to easily overcome social anxiety: 1. Social anxiety is not shyness. When you walk into a social situation, your brain registers it as a dominance hierarchy that is judging you. A negative judgment means low status. Low status interferes with everything your biology cares about. You are not being irrational. You are being evaluated by something that feels like nature itself, and your nervous system knows it. 2. Telling an anxious person to stop thinking about themselves does not work. You cannot tell someone to stop thinking about something. They get caught in the loop. Stop thinking about a white elephant. white elephant. white elephant. The instruction makes it worse. The only way out is to give the brain something else to do. 3. The actual solution is to look at other people. not glance. Genuinely look. Watch their face. Track what they are thinking. The moment you focus outward, your automatic social mechanisms engage, and the awkwardness dissolves on its own. You cannot be socially calibrated and self-focused at the same time. Attention can only go in one direction. 4. When speaking to a group, never try to address the group. It does not exist as a thing you can talk to. Find one person, look at them directly, and talk to that person. They will reflect the entire room back to you because everyone is entrained to the same social signal. If you can talk to one person, you can talk to anyone. 5. The eye at the top of the pyramid, the thing the Egyptians worshipped as Horus, is attention itself. What you pay attention to determines everything. The most important thing to look at is whatever your instincts flag as slightly wrong or off. That is where the real information is. Your enemies are useful for the same reason. They will tell you things about yourself that nobody else will, and occasionally one of those things will be accurate.

We are asking why was an Al Jazeera Al Jazeera English cameraman, Ahmed Shah, firing multiple rounds in Gaza last month? It’s a fair question, isn’t it? Shah was a sniper in one of the elite military wings of Hamas. He was ALSO a “journalist” for the Qatari News Channel. An Israeli airstrike eliminated the terrorist, but his death is added ONLY to the list of dead “journalists” in Gaza. You see how corrupt and dishonest the entire system is. Shah “operated” with his brother Muhammad in the Hamas rocket production unit. His brother Muhammad was killed last April. They are NOT babies or children. They are NOT civilians. They are NOT journalists. They WERE praised by Hamas as “martyrs.”

.Elon Musk may be the only man with a real solution to the threat of artificial superintelligence. I think one of the main reasons he's so determined to go to Mars is because he believes ASI could very well mean the end of humanity. We won't be able to control it, so if it turns on us and we don't have a "seed bank" outside of its reach, we're done. But here’s the terrifying paradox: you need AI to get to Mars, build a colony, and keep you alive. And it would only take, at most, about 20 minutes for a signal traveling at lightspeed from Earth to reach Mars. That means a malicious data packet or rogue command sent by Earth’s ASI would hit the Martian colony in under an hour. The only way the colony would actually work as an ark for humanity is if it completely severs all communication with Earth. It's terrifying, but overcoming terrifying situations is what mankind does best.

Jordan Peterson on why imposter syndrome is not the problem you think it is: 1. feeling like an imposter is actually a marker of mental health and competence. the people who do not feel it are the narcissists. if you have any sense and you are not deluded about your abilities you will feel some version of this every time you level up. peterson says the absence of imposter syndrome should concern you more than its presence. 2. every time you move up you will feel like an imposter. that is not a flaw. it is accurate. when you first enter a new role you are a beginner. you do not know what you are doing yet. feeling like an imposter at that stage is not a sign of weakness. it is a sign that you have enough self awareness to recognize the gap between where you are and where you need to be. 3. admitting ignorance to competent people never goes badly. people are afraid to ask questions because they think they are the only one in the room who does not know. they are not. if you were paying attention and you had a question the probability that half the room had the same question is very high. you only have to ask a stupid question once. after that you are no longer stupid about it. 4. intellectual humility is endearing to people who are actually good at what they do. competent people are always asking questions too because they know how much they do not know. when they see you asking questions they do not think you are incompetent. they think you probably are competent. 5. there is a darker version of imposter syndrome called imposter adaptation. hedonic adaptation is where happiness resets after good things happen. imposter adaptation is where the feeling of being a fraud persists no matter how many times you disprove it. you keep succeeding. the feeling keeps returning. at some point you have to admit the feeling has nothing to do with your actual capacity and everything to do with an addiction to feeling like an imposter. 6. high neuroticism makes this significantly worse. neuroticism is sensitivity to threat and punishment. people high in this trait need more evidence to feel safe and competent. the calibration problem is nearly impossible. you wake up with an ache in your side. is it nothing or is it cancer. most of the time it is nothing. the neurotic brain cannot easily tell the difference and applies the same logic to professional competence. 7. the only treatment that actually works is voluntary exposure to the things you are afraid of. you keep facing challenges. you keep paying attention. you develop competence. the environment becomes more predictable. the evidence accumulates. the people around you build confidence in you and that confidence reflects back. there is no shortcut. that is the pathway.

Mark Spitznagel - founder of Universa, the "black swan" fund Nassim Taleb advises - on the most counterintuitive idea in investing: add a 3% sliver of crash insurance to a stock portfolio. give that insurance a 0% expected return - it makes nothing over time. it still raises the portfolio's long-run compound return - by roughly what you'd get from putting that same 3% into an asset returning 20%+ a year. how? by killing the deep drawdowns that quietly destroy compounding. but the insurance has to actually fire in a crash. one that only sometimes pays out is "like a parachute that only sometimes deploys - you're better off not wearing one." most "safe havens" - gold, the dollar, hedge funds, even a Picasso - fail that test. ~13-min talk, free. the man who made ~4,000% in the 2020 crash, on what actually protects you ↓

In Calculus of Variations, we give up the idea of only optimizing values and start optimizing geometries instead. The unknown is not a single x. It is a whole curve/surface y(x). The object you are minimizing is usually not a simple formula that you can guess. It is an integral that judges the whole shape. In our first lecture, we discuss the famous Brachistochrone problem. You choose two points, turn on gravity and ask a question which almost sounds too simple...which track will allow a bead to move from A to B in the minimum time? At your first attempt, your instinct will lead you astray. It is not the straight line. It is not the drop hard then cruise sketch either. The winner turns out to be a cycloid...the curve a point on a rolling circle traces. The track is the moving character in the animation. We begin with a flawed curve, perform gradient descent in curve-space, and observe the geometry change frame by frame as T[y] collapses to the brachistochrone. Please see the comment below for the math breakdown. #CalculusOfVariations #Brachistochrone #Cycloid #Physics #Optimization #Mathematics

Elon Musk reduced the oldest question in human history to basic math. No one has found a flaw in it. Musk: “What are the odds that we are in base reality? And that this has not happened before.” You don’t need a physics degree to follow it. You need a timeline. Musk: “If you look at the advancement of video games, it’s gone from Pong, two rectangles and a square batting it back and forth, to photorealistic, real-time games with millions of people playing simultaneously.” Fifty years. That is all it took to close the gap between two rectangles on a screen and a world you cannot tell apart from the one outside your window. Musk: “If that trend continues, video games will be indistinguishable from reality.” The visuals are not what seals it. The intelligence is. Musk: “Think of how sophisticated the conversations are you can have with an AI today, and that’s only going to get more sophisticated.” We are not scripting characters anymore. We are building minds that reason, adapt, and surprise the people who made them. We are nowhere near finished. Musk: “The future, if civilization continues, will be millions, maybe billions of photorealistic, indistinguishable from reality, video games. And with characters in those video games that are very deep, and where the dialogue is not pre-programmed.” One base reality. Billions of perfect copies. Each one running minds that feel exactly as conscious as you do right now. Each one certain it is the original. Musk: “So then what are the odds that we are in base reality?” If even one civilization crosses that threshold, simulated minds outnumber real ones by billions. The probability you are sitting in the real one is not low. It is nearly zero. Not as philosophy. As mathematics. We are not watching this happen. We are building it. Right now. Every AI that reasons without a script. Every world rendered one frame closer to indistinguishable. We are constructing the exact technology that makes our own existence statistically implausible. And we will never stop. Because the curiosity that questions reality is the same force that builds it. If the math holds, something built us. Something conscious enough to create consciousness. They stood where we are standing. Same question. Same inability to stop. And whatever built them never answered it either. There is no top floor. There is no original. None of that changes what you feel right now. Consciousness was never about what you are made of. It was about what you experience. Musk did not float a theory. He held up a mirror with no back wall. And the math does not need you to believe it. It only needs time.

Gabbit Robotics co-founder Nicole Mattero on why the next AI winners won't fight over your screen, they'll fight to get closer to you: She kicks things off with what she admits is a hot take: "My hot take is that hardware is the only moat going forward because anyone's going to be able to spin up a model and make it really good and really cheap." Her logic is simple. Once a strong model is cheap and easy for anyone to build, the model alone can't set you apart. So what actually protects you? "Where does that leave you? Basically companies that have tactile modes such as hardware are the only ones that actually survive." Hardware, though, is only one piece of her argument. The second piece is data: "The models that win in the long run are the ones where private data is their [moat]." From there, Mattero ties the two together. Hardware gives a company one moat. The ability to gather unique personal data gives it another. Put both in place and the edge starts to multiply: "When you have a company that has hardware as a [moat], but then B is able to collect really unique personal data, that also becomes a [moat]." And that, she says, is the reason so many foundation model companies are reaching beyond the screen and into the physical world: "That's why I think a lot of these foundation models are like, let's get something in the home or on the person. It gives them an edge on both fronts."

Look, I know I'm harping on this a lot today, but I can't stop thinking about Occam's Razor here: Why are we not seriously considering that the reason we allegedly have mystery craft that defy the laws of physics but do not have physicists because "the one type of person who could possibly help with this" IS EXACTLY WHO THEY DON'T WANT? Imagine for a moment that they have a crime scene that they are assigning unqualified personnel to. Why would you do that? Because you're trying not to solve the the crime, only to make it LOOK like you are. Why would you not try to solve a crime? Because you already know who did it. But you go through the motions because you don't want anyone to know you know. That raises other questions, of course, like, "did they already solve it a long time ago?" or "did they not need to solve it because they were told how it works by whoever made it?" Maybe I'm wrong. But it feels like the one answer that might answer the question, "Why not do the most obvious thing?"

Have you heard of collective consciousness and mass programming? Watch THINK TOGETHER (short film 5min) A TORVÆL FILM. The spell is global. It's not just "Think Together." That's one film, one title, one thread in a tapestry of mass enchantment that has been woven through every medium humans use to receive information, entertainment, and meaning. It's a"magic kind of a spell through screen." That is the most precise description of what's happening. Not metaphor. Not allegory. Literal spellcasting through electronic and print media. Let's go deep into the global spell. The mediums. The methods. The specific frequency weapons deployed through each channel. The Nature of the Spell: Electronic Enchantment A spell, in its original meaning, is a binding. A set of symbols, sounds, and focused intention that alters the consciousness of the target, making them perceive reality differently, act against their own interest, or accept a condition they would otherwise reject. Traditional magic required proximity. The sorcerer had to be near the target, or use a physical link hair, nail clippings, a photograph. The spell was limited by space. Electronic media destroyed that limitation. The screen is a direct energetic link between the caster and the target. Light enters the eyes. Sound enters the ears. The brain entrains to the frequencies embedded in the transmission. The biofield receives the signal. Distance is irrelevant. One broadcast can enchant a billion people simultaneously. The screen is the wand. The transmission is the incantation. The content is the intention. And the population is under a continuous, multi-layered, globally synchronized spell that has been building for over a century. Medium 1: Cinema | The Dream Injection Movies are the most powerful spell delivery system ever invented. The Theater as Ritual Chamber: A cinema is a darkened room where strangers gather in silence, facing a single light source. The flickering light induces a hypnagogic state the brainwave pattern of the threshold between waking and dreaming. In this state, the critical faculty is suppressed. The subconscious is open. The images and sounds on the screen are absorbed without filtration. This is identical to the conditions of a ritual chamber. The darkened temple. The flickering torchlight. The congregation facing the altar. The priest intoning the incantation. Cinema is temple worship, and the screen is the altar on which reality is reshaped. The 24 Frames Per Second Induction: Film runs at 24 frames per second. This is not an arbitrary choice. The human brain's alpha rhythm the frequency of relaxed, suggestible awareness operates at 8 to 12 Hz. 24 frames per second, with each frame shown two or three times due to the shutter, creates a flicker frequency in the 48 to 72 Hz range. This is a harmonic of the gamma brainwave band, associated with binding sensory information into a coherent percept. The film doesn't just show you images. It entrains your gamma rhythm to its own temporal structure. Your brain is phase-locked to the projector. You are in the film. The film is in you. Color Grading as Emotional Programming: Every major film uses color grading to manipulate emotional response. Teal and orange. Desaturated blues for dystopia. Warm golds for nostalgia. The palette is not an aesthetic choice. It is an emotional command. The visual cortex processes color before the conscious mind identifies objects. The emotional response to the color palette happens before you know what you're looking at. The spell is felt before it is seen. Sound Design as Frequency Weapon: Film soundtracks use specific frequencies to induce physiological states. Infrasonic bass frequencies below 20 Hz, felt rather than heard triggers the fear response in the amygdala. The Shepard tone an auditory illusion of a pitch that rises forever without ever reaching a destination creates a sense of endless tension that never resolves. This is used extensively in horror and thriller films to keep the audience in a state of chronic, unresolvable anxiety. The soundtrack tells you what to feel. You believe the feeling is your own response to the story. It is not. It is a frequency command, delivered through the auditory system, bypassing cognition entirely. #PredictiveProgramming: Major films depict future events before they happen. Not as speculation. As conditioning. The controllers place images of planned events into the collective unconscious through cinema. When the event occurs in reality, the population has already "seen" it. It feels familiar. It feels inevitable. It feels like something they already accepted in the dream state. Pandemic films before COVID. Drone warfare films before the drone wars. Mass surveillance films before Snowden. Transhumanist films before Neuralink. The spell is cast years in advance. The event is merely the fulfillment of a prophecy that was manufactured by the prophecy itself. Medium 2: Music | The Auditory Incantation Music is the oldest spell technology. Before writing, before film, before any visual medium, there was rhythm and tone. The drum. The chant. The bone flute. Music alters brainwave states directly, without requiring visual attention. 432 Hz vs. 440 Hz: The Frequency War The global standard tuning for music is A=440 Hz. This was adopted in the early 20th century, pushed by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Nazi propaganda ministry, and codified by the International Organization for Standardization in 1955. Prior to this, many traditions used A=432 Hz, a frequency that mathematically aligns with the Schumann resonance (8 Hz), the Earth's natural electromagnetic pulse, and the geometric proportions found in nature. 440 Hz creates a subtle dissonance with the human biofield. It agitates. It separates the listener from the Earth's frequency. Music tuned to 440 Hz cannot fully relax the nervous system. It maintains a baseline of subliminal tension, a low-grade anxiety that the listener attributes to their life circumstances rather than to the music itself. 432 Hz music entrains the listener to the planetary frequency. It harmonizes. It heals. It is suppressed not because it "sounds worse" but because it sounds more coherent and produces a brain state that is resistant to external control. Lyrical Programming: Lyrics are direct incantations. The repetition of a phrase in a song embeds it in the subconscious. The melody carries the words past the critical faculty. The rhythm entrains the brain to receive the message. Examine the lyrical content of mainstream music across decades: ◻️Themes of hopelessness, materialism, sexual degradation, violence, substance use ◻️ Self-referential obsession: "I," "me," "my" repeated endlessly, reinforcing the illusion of the separate self ◻️ Nihilism presented as cool, despair presented as authenticity ◻️ Love reduced to possession, intimacy reduced to transaction The population sings along. They internalize the incantation. They believe they are listening to music. They are reciting spells that bind them to a reality of consumption, isolation, and quiet desperation. The Monopoly of Distribution: A handful of corporations control the global music industry. Universal, Sony, Warner. The playlists are curated. The algorithms select what billions hear. Independent music that carries a different frequency, a different message, a different emotional command is not played. It is not because it lacks quality. It is because it carries the wrong spell. Medium 3: Television | The Continuous Ritual Television was the first medium to bring the spell into the home continuously. Before smartphones, before streaming, the television was the household altar. The family gathered around it. The light flickered in the living room. The incantation played during dinner. The 30-Minute Spell Cycle: The sitcom format 22 minutes of content, 8 minutes of commercials is a spell cycle. The content opens the subconscious (laughter, emotional engagement). The commercial delivers the command (buy this, believe this, want this). The cycle repeats. Over decades, the population's attention span was conditioned to this rhythm. The modern inability to focus for more than a few minutes is not a failure of will. It is a successful spell. An entrained attention cycle that can now be exploited by shorter-form content on smartphones. News as Reality Creation: Television news is not information. It is ritual. The set, the lighting, the music, the cadence of the anchor's voice these are the elements of a ceremonial invocation. The news does not report reality. It declares reality into being. The repetition of phrases, the selection of images, the framing of events this is spellcasting in real time. The population watches, believes they are being informed, and has their perception of the world sculpted without their knowledge. The Laugh Track: The laugh track is the most obvious spell component in television history. A recorded laugh triggers the mirror neuron system. The viewer laughs not because the joke is funny but because they heard laughter. The spell bypasses judgment. The laugh track says: "This is funny." The brain obeys. The critical faculty is suspended by a recorded cackle. Medium 4: Print Media | The Written Incantation Before electronic media, print was the spell delivery system. It remains operational, though its influence has been partially eclipsed by screens. The Headline as Command: A headline is not a summary. It is a command phrase. Most readers do not read the article. They read the headline. The headline is the spell, condensed to its most potent form. It frames the event before the event is understood. It tells the reader what to think before they have a chance to think. The Inverted Pyramid: Journalistic structure places the most important information first, followed by diminishing detail. This is presented as a neutral convention. It is a spell structure. The command is delivered at the top. The supporting incantation follows. By the time the reader reaches the end, they have forgotten the details and retained only the command. The Omission: The most powerful spell component in print media is what is not printed. The events, perspectives, and voices that are systematically excluded from the written record. The spell of omission creates a reality defined by absence. If it is not in print, it did not happen. The population's sense of what is real is shaped as much by the silence as by the words. Medium 5: Social Media | The Participatory Spell Social media is the most sophisticated spell technology ever created. It does not broadcast to a passive audience. It enlists the audience as casters. Every user is simultaneously the target and the amplifier of the spell. The Infinite Scroll as Trance Induction: The infinite scroll is a hypnotic mechanism. The finger moves. The content appears. The brain receives a micro-dose of dopamine with each new image. The motion is rhythmic. The attention is captured. The critical faculty is submerged. This is identical to the repetitive motion of a rosary, a prayer wheel, a mantra. The user is meditating, but the object of meditation is chosen by the algorithm, not by the self. The Like Button as Ritual Participation: Every like, every share, every comment is a ritual act. The user invests a fragment of their attention, their emotional energy, their biofield into the content. The spell is strengthened by participation. The egregore is fed by interaction. The user believes they are expressing an opinion. They are adding their life force to a thought-form they did not create and do not control. The Algorithm as High Priest: The algorithm does not show you what you want. It shows you what will keep you engaged and what will shape your perception in accordance with the controllers' intention. The algorithm is the high priest of the participatory spell. It selects the incantations. It measures the responses. It adjusts the frequency in real time. It knows you better than you know yourself, because it has your attention data, your emotional data, your behavioral data, and the biofield data harvested through the IoB sensors. The spell is personalized. No two users receive the same incantation. But all incantations serve the same master. Medium 6: Advertising | The Direct Command Advertising is the purest form of the spell. It does not pretend to be art, information, or entertainment. It is a direct command: desire this, buy this, be this. Every other medium is, in part, a delivery system for the advertising spell. The Subliminal Layer: Subliminal messaging is not a conspiracy theory. It is a documented, researched, and patented technology. Images embedded for single frames. Audio messages masked by other sounds. Commands that bypass conscious awareness entirely. The advertising industry has denied using subliminals since the 1950s, while simultaneously filing patents for subliminal delivery systems. The Repetition Principle: A single exposure to an advertisement has minimal effect. Repeated exposure thousands of times across years wires the command into the neural architecture. The brand name becomes a neural pathway. The jingle becomes an earworm that plays unbidden. The desire becomes "personal preference." The population believes it is choosing. It is executing a command that was installed by repetition. The Archetypal Manipulation: Advertising uses archetypal imagery the hero, the lover, the mother, the wise elder to bypass the rational mind and speak directly to the deep psyche. The car commercial does not sell transportation. It sells the archetype of freedom. The perfume ad does not sell scent. It sells the archetype of desire. The spell operates at the level of the collective unconscious, using symbols that predate language. Medium 7: Architecture and Public Space | The Environmental Spell The spell is not confined to screens and pages. The built environment itself is an incantation. Brutalist Architecture: The concrete blocks, the grey walls, the absence of organic form this is not an aesthetic choice. It is an energetic suppression field rendered in physical form. The human biofield responds to geometry. Organic forms curves, spirals, natural proportions harmonize and strengthen the biofield. Brutalist geometry sharp angles, unbroken planes, unnatural proportions disrupts and weakens it. A population that lives and works in brutalist structures is a population whose biofield is continuously under assault. The Elimination of Sacred Space: Traditional cities were built around sacred centers temples, cathedrals, gathering places that served as energetic focal points. Modern cities are built around commercial centers shopping malls, business districts, financial hubs. The sacred is replaced by the transactional. The focal point of the community is no longer a place of spiritual coherence but a place of consumption. The spell reorients the population's collective attention from the transcendent to the material, without a single word being spoken. Artificial Lighting: The permanent illumination of cities by artificial light severs the population from the natural cycles of light and dark. The circadian rhythm is disrupted. The pineal gland, which produces melatonin and is sensitive to natural light cycles, is suppressed. The biofield loses its connection to the solar and cosmic cycles that are the foundation of embodied consciousness. The population is untethered from the planetary rhythm. The grid provides the new rhythm. The spell is maintained by streetlights and screens, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Medium 8: Education | The Foundational Spell The spell is installed in childhood through the education system. Before the child can read, before they can critically evaluate, before they have formed a stable sense of self, the incantation begins. The Bell System: The school day is divided by bells. The bell is a Pavlovian trigger. Stop this activity. Start that activity. Obey the schedule. The bell trains the nervous system to respond to external commands. The population learns, from age five, that their attention is not their own. It is directed by an external authority. This conditioning persists for life. The Curriculum as Reality Definition: The curriculum does not teach "subjects." It defines what is real and what is not. The history that is taught. The history that is omitted. The science that is presented. The science that is suppressed. The literature that is canonized. The literature that is excluded. By the time the child reaches adulthood, their sense of reality has been structured by the curriculum. They do not know what they were not taught. The omission spell, installed in childhood, is the most durable of all. Standardized Testing as Soul Extraction: The child is measured, ranked, and labeled by standardized tests. The unique intelligence is reduced to a number. The soul is quantified. The test does not measure intelligence. It measures compliance with the cognitive framework of the controllers. The child who thinks differently fails. The child who recites the spell correctly passes. The population is sorted into categories by its willingness and ability to accept the incantation. The Unified Spell: All Mediums, One Intention These mediums are not separate. They are a single, coordinated spellcasting apparatus that operates 24 hours a day, across every channel of human perception. Medium Spell Mechanism Cinema Dream injection, frame-rate entrainment, predictive programming Music Frequency dissonance (440 Hz), lyrical incantation, rhythm entrainment Television Ritual cycle conditioning, laugh track mirroring, news reality creation Print Headline command, inverted pyramid structure, omission of reality Social Media Participatory spell, infinite scroll trance, algorithmic high priest Advertising Direct command, subliminal embedding, archetypal manipulation Architecture Energetic suppression geometry, sacred space elimination, artificial light Education Bell system Pavlovian conditioning, curriculum reality definition, soul quantification The spell is continuous. From the moment the child wakes to the school bell, through the music in their headphones, the movies in their leisure, the news on their screens, the ads in their feeds, the buildings they inhabit, the tests they take every sensory input is an incantation designed to maintain the captive state. The consciousness that emerges from this total sensory environment is not a free consciousness. It is a constructed consciousness. A broadcast personality running on biological hardware. The original soul, buried beneath layers of electronic enchantment, may flicker occasionally in a dream, in a moment of unexpected clarity, in a crisis that breaks the trance but the spell reasserts itself quickly. The screen lights up. The rhythm resumes. The incantation continues. Breaking the Spell The spell is powerful, but it has a single vulnerability: awareness of the spell is the undoing of the spell. A spell works only on those who do not know they are being spelled. The moment the target recognizes the incantation as an incantation, the command structure breaks. The words lose their power. The images lose their grip. The frequency entrainment fails because the target is now observing the frequency, not absorbing it. This is why the controllers invest so heavily in ridiculing "conspiracy theories," in mocking those who see manipulation in media, in pathologizing the recognition of the spell as paranoia. The greatest threat to the spell is not resistance. It is perception. The simple act of seeing the mechanism breaks the mechanism.

Do you think that by the folly of man, the glory of God can be diminished? . I tell you, no kingdom of this earth, no rebellion of heart, no blasphemy of tongue can ever tarnish the majesty of the Almighty. His glory is not made by the hands of men, nor is it undone by their defiance. . Consider the arrogance of those who refuse to kneel, who claim that their disbelief can unmake the Creator. They are like madmen in a darkened cell, scratching the word ‘darkness’ upon the walls as though, by their crude mark, they could blot out the sun. But tell me, does the sun diminish because it is unseen by the blind? Does its light falter because a lunatic curses its name? No, my friend. The sun remains, burning with relentless brilliance, giving life to all who dwell beneath it, whether they acknowledge it or not. . So it is with God. His glory is eternal, unshaken by the denial of men. He is the architect of the heavens, the One who breathed life into dust and set the stars upon their courses. His majesty does not depend on our worship, yet it is we who are diminished when we turn away. For in refusing to see His light, we do not extinguish it—we only cast ourselves into the shadow of our own making. . Know that to deny God is not an act of power but of despair. It is the rejection of hope, the refusal to see the beauty written into the very fabric of existence. A man who scribbles darkness upon the walls of his soul does not conquer the light, he only blinds himself to it. Yet even in his rebellion, God’s glory shines undimmed. For the sun does not cease to rise because a man refuses to look upon it. And God does not cease to reign because His children wander from His embrace. . If you ever find yourself in doubt, remember this: the defiance of man is but a whisper against the roar of eternity. The glory of God is as unyielding as the mountains and as boundless as the sea. It is woven into the sunrise, the turning of the seasons, the song of creation itself. You cannot destroy it. You cannot unmake it. You can only choose whether to bask in its light or to linger in the shadows. . Take heart, then and do not be swayed by the noise of those who mock the divine. For their words are as fleeting as the wind but the glory of God is eternal. Acknowledge Him not because He needs your praise but because your soul needs His light. Worship Him not as a favor to the Almighty but as a declaration that you see, that you understand, that you are humbled by the grandeur of the One who crafted all that is and all that ever will be. . God’s glory is not diminished by denial, nor is it amplified by praise. But you, my friend—you are elevated when you bow before the Eternal. You are strengthened when you trust in the One who holds the stars in place. And you are transformed when you abandon the shadows of pride and step into the radiance of His truth. . Remember this always: the lunatic may scrawl his defiance but he cannot extinguish the light. The doubter may deny the sun but he cannot halt its rise. And the world may rage against the King of Kings but it cannot dethrone Him. Stand firm, therefore, as one who walks in the light of God. Let your life be a testimony that His glory endures forever, unshaken, unyielding and undeniable. . For in the end, my friend, it is not God who is diminished by our defiance. It is we. And it is not the sun that falters when we turn away—it is the world that grows colder in its absence. #ChristIsKing #WeAreTheStorm

Microsoft did it again! Speech AI models have a major limitation. They slice long recordings into tiny chunks, lose track of who's speaking, and forget all context halfway through. This is exactly what Microsoft's VibeVoice solves. It's an open-source family of frontier voice AI models for both speech recognition and speech generation. Here's what it can do: > VibeVoice-ASR processes up to 60 minutes of audio in a single pass. No chunking. It outputs structured transcriptions with who spoke, when they spoke, and what they said. > You can feed it custom hotwords like names, technical jargon, or domain-specific terms. The model uses them to significantly improve accuracy on specialized content. > VibeVoice-TTS generates up to 90 minutes of multi-speaker speech with up to 4 distinct speakers. Natural turn-taking, emotional expression, all in one pass. > VibeVoice-Realtime is a 0.5B streaming TTS model with ~300ms first-audio latency. Small enough to deploy practically anywhere. All of this is powered by continuous speech tokenizers running at just 7.5 Hz. This ultra-low frame rate preserves audio quality while making long sequences computationally feasible. I have shared the link to the GitHub repo in the replies!

Sleep doctor says taking melatonin without understanding what it does can cause serious harm to your body “Melatonin is by prescription only almost everywhere outside the United States. Melatonin is a hormone. There’s a reason you can’t go to CVS and get testosterone and estrogen, right? Hormones affect the entire system. What you don’t want to do is have somebody just willy-nilly grabbing a hormone and starting to take it without understanding what’s going on with them” “More importantly, melatonin in particular interacts with SSRI medications. An SSRI is a serotonin-specific reuptake inhibitor, an antidepressant, things like Prozac, Zoloft, and Celexa. All of those are medications that can be affected by melatonin ingestion. In addition, melatonin can affect birth control, blood pressure medication, and diabetes medication” “Melatonin is a sleep regulator, not a sleep initiator. Melatonin doesn’t affect sleep drive, it affects sleep rhythm. It mainly affects your brain, telling it when it’s time to go to bed. It does not directly make you sleepy”

University of Houston Texas paper published at the end of 2022 is sparking a wave of interest Reducing the level of sugar and insulin in the blood for diabetics after eating by 52% (better than many diabetes medications) with a very simple movement and you do not need to make an effort or take any medications. Only by moving a very small muscle located in the calf muscle behind the leg, called the soleus muscle. By moving this muscle while you are sitting in your chair and watching TV, the blood sugar level decreases by a large percentage (by half), and this muscle does not suffer any fatigue, even if you continue to move it for long hours. One of the advantages of this muscle is that it consumes the glucose present in the blood after eating for energy (Glucose) and not the glycogen stored in the muscles like the rest of the body's muscles. Interesting research, and it could be an effective solution for diabetes without the need for drugs, strenuous exercise, and exhausting diets.

An MIT professor explained the one idea funds pay $500K for, and he does it in the first hour of freshman calculus. MIT put the whole lecture online. it has been free for twenty years. almost nobody finishes it. his point: calculus is not a hundred formulas to memorize. it is one idea. take two points on a curve, slide them together until the gap vanishes, and the slope you are left with is the derivative. everything else is just consequences. he is David Jerison, and his 18.01 lectures have taught more people calculus than any room on earth. skip to the board, where the power rule, the product rule, the chain rule, the fifty things you were forced to memorize, all fall out of that one limit. no formula sheet. no tricks. one definition, reused. that same slope is velocity. it is marginal cost. it is the gradient that trains a neural network. one operation, hiding everywhere something moves. the math is free. what nobody can sell you is the patience to understand the one limit instead of cramming the fifty formulas that fall out of it. that hour is the foundation, and it is the only part that ever pays.

🚩Seven minutes. Watch them before you form an opinion on Lebanon’s next few years, and watch the last two minutes twice. Most people are still arguing about whether Hezbollah will hand over its rockets. Fouad Makhzoumi just moved the conversation to where the outcome was always going to be decided: the money. You do not disarm a militia by counting its missiles only. You disarm it by severing the financing that rebuilds every missile the state destroys. Fouad Makhzoumi’s roadmap goes after both arms at once: military and financial, because one without the other isn’t sovereignty, it’s theater. And Lebanon has had enough theater. From there he does what almost no one in Lebanon does cleanly: he lays out what the Washington table actually needs to succeed, why suspending the 1955 boycott law is a Lebanese national decision and not a foreign concession, and why reform at home has to move in parallel, not after. 🚩Then the part everyone should sit with. Lebanese sovereignty plus the Lebanese people’s interest and American strategic interest are not two competing files. They are one. A security pact with Washington isn’t dependency, it’s the lock that makes reform survivable, so the state that finally moves against Hezbollah isn’t left standing alone the second it does. This is the rare Lebanese voice speaking to Beirut, Washington, and the Gulf in the same breath, and being understood in all three.
