2-Footed First Baseman

Love the 1st base content!

We will run over your first baseman if he comes into our lane. Stop teaching first baseman to lean back. Stay in your lane.

Cool. Your runner would be out. Would love to play your teams. Great coaching.

Not correct on throw to outfield. Feet need to shift toward outfield with left foot now on outfield side of base. Gives 1st baseman wider range to get bad throw toward outfield. On your example he’s crossing left foot over right. Never desired to cross over.

Hahaha love the Rizzo comment

I did not know that defensive players can use the 'running' or 'safety' base that is in foul territory. Good to know!

Certain situations they can

Thank you Coach!

I like that his foot came off on one of the throws

Yesss! I’ll definitely show him. Thanks!
