I recently travelled on an APSRTC bus after a long time, and this is the pathetic situation passengers are forced to face in the rain. Hello N Chandrababu Naidu & Lokesh Nara, nobody asked for free bus services in the state But when you charge ₹1,100+ for a ticket and still provide service like this, what exactly are passengers paying for? If APSRTC cannot even provide basic safety, comfort and maintenance, then shut it down and let private players operate. They may charge more, but at least passengers deserve a service that matches the price they pay. This is unacceptable.

Passengers Stranded at JKIA After Multiple Cancellations of KQ Flight to New York Reports from JKIA expose frustrations among passengers booked on KQ flight KQ002 to New York which reportedly failed to depart on December 23 and also on Tuesday the 24 due to alleged mechanical issues. According to passengers some were forced to endure long hours without proper updates and others struggled to rearrange their travel plans because they were notified too late about the cancellations. Many passengers also have also reported being ignored when they sought assistance especially those needing urgent medical help because their complaints were left unaddressed. "Hi Nyakundi. This is to bring your attention to the agony facing the passengers plying the route of JKIA-JFK New York. For the last two nights, i.e., 23rd and 24th Dec 2024, direct flight number KQ002 to New York JFK didn't take off due to mechanical problems. This has caused suffering and great inconvenience to the passengers connecting from various destinations and transiting through JKIA. The lack of timely communication and support from KQ during these happenings has left some passengers dissatisfied. The lack of timely information has made many passengers express concerns about the late notification of the cancellation, making it difficult for them to make alternate travel arrangements in a timely manner. Many of the travelers complained about inadequate customer support from KQ management. Complaints from passengers who had various ailments that required immediate medical attention fell on deaf ears as no response was made. Several passengers have raised concerns about the process for obtaining refunds or compensation for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation."

Air India Statement Air India welcomes back stranded passengers from Dubai on flight AI916D that landed at 1058 hrs IST at Delhi Airport. The aircraft, VT-EDC, ferried a total of 149 passengers. This is the first flight operated by an Indian carrier for the homecoming of passengers amid the ongoing situation in the Middle East. Earlier this morning, 143 cockpit and cabin crew members of Air India and Air India Express who were stranded in Dubai safely arrived back in Delhi on flight AI918D. A bus coming from the wrong direction crashed into an Army truck. Just imagine the danger. The reckless driving by some bus drivers has made life miserable for people driving smaller vehicles. Wrong-side driving, overspeeding, and zero regard for traffic rules are turning roads into death traps. If this is the condition when even an army vehicle is not spared, what safety is left for common citizens? Strict action and accountability are urgently needed before more innocent lives are put at risk.
