4. Creates dependency It starts as weekend relaxation… And quickly becomes a nightly routine. Then you "need it" to function. I've seen this pattern hundreds of times. Addiction isn't always dramatic — sometimes it's just not being able to relax without a substance.

Weed is the most glorified drug in the world. But as a former pharmacist who's seen the real effects, I'll be direct: It's poison for the body & mind. Here are 8 reasons I don't touch it — and why you shouldn't either:

1. Destroys natural motivation Weed floods your brain with artificial dopamine. Your natural reward system gets lazy. Everything else becomes boring. • Can't get motivated to work out? • To build something? • To chase goals? Check what you're smoking.

2. Clouds your thinking Success requires sharp thinking & quick decisions. Weed slows cognitive processing & clouds judgment. You think you're creative, but you're actually just accepting lower standards. Elite performers don't operate with brain fog.

3. Ruins sleep quality "But it helps me sleep!" Wrong. It knocks you out but destroys REM sleep. You wake up groggy & under-recovered. Your body never gets the deep restoration it needs. Real sleep > medicated unconsciousness.

5. Numbs all emotions Weed doesn't just numb anxiety — it numbs everything. Your: • Drive • Anger • Passion • Genuine joy. You become emotionally flat. Life loses its edge & intensity.

6. Lowers testosterone Chronic use tanks testosterone levels. • Muscle loss • Low energy • Killed sex drive • Increased body fat It's an easy way to stay soft & weak.

7. Wastes time How many hours are you spending high instead of building something to improve your life? While you're on the couch "relaxing," someone else is working on what you said you wanted.

Everyone I respect who's built a meaningful life? They're • Sharp • Present • Focused Not high.

The crypto journey isn’t for the faint-hearted. Hundreds of red days. Dozens of boring days. A handful of euphoric days. But those who stay patient see the 20x–50x returns everyone dreams of. Survival is simple...do nothing. Let time do the heavy lifting. How do you keep calm during the slow days?
