Thing is you can't buy Greek Yogurt in the US they call it that but it isn't that. Greek Yogurt must be made with full fat milk and not what we call full fat milk in the us, actual full fat as in NO CREAM removed. It is also supposed to be made with sheep's milk. Best you can do is add a pint of good quality cream to a gallon of what they shill as "whole milk" in the US and make your own.
