Please don't drive with Hazard lights in rain (when in motion). Use hazard lights only if your vehicle fails, and you are stopped at the side. Hazard lights should typically be used only on stationary vehicles or it can confuse people behind you. Hazard lights block indicators and may cause accidents when changing lanes, turnings etc. #RoadSafety

According to the Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR) 1989, regulated by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, modifications like high-pressure horns, rooftop light bars, extra LED lights, bull bars, and side steps extending beyond the vehicle body are illegal. Roof carriers are permitted only on commercial vehicles. If a common man made these changes, their vehicle would be impounded without hesitation. So why the exception for a CM's convoy? If these rules apply to the public, they must also apply to those in power. Such vehicles should be challaned immediately, without bias. Greater Chennai Traffic Police MORTHINDIA Tamil Nadu Police
