If I was trying to GROW an app or ecomm right now, I wouldn't waste money on influencers or ads. I'd hire creators nobody's heard of and use this strategy that's working right now and generating 100k+ app installs to companies like focustree Influencer with 100k followers: $2,000+ for one post. Gets maybe 30k views. Everyone knows it's an ad. Creator with 500 followers: $900 for an entire month. Posts 30 times. Gets 500k+ views total. Feels more organic. That's $1.80 per thousand views versus $6-12 on Facebook. And it doesn't look like an ad because it isn't one. It's just content. "oH bUt ThaT's NoT PoSsIbLE, GrEG" I agree, this shouldn't work. But it's happening more and more and here's why: *new episode of the pod is live and we give you the playbook* But TikTok's For You Page broke the entire game. The algorithm doesn't care about follower count anymore. It only cares if people watch. IG copied this. YT copied this. Everyone copied this. Now some kid with 300 followers can outperform a verified influencer because their content is better. Not their audience. Their content. Most brands haven't figured this out. They're still paying for follower count like it's 2019. So, the smart play is hiring 10 creators instead of 1. Example: Pay 10 creators $900/month each. That's $9k total. Each posts daily across TikTok, Reels, Shorts. That's 900 pieces of content per month. When one hits, you message the group: "Everyone copy this format." An important moment occured during the religious heads statement at the 15th Tibetan Religious Conference organsied by Tibet.Net Kyabgon Sakya Gongma Trizin, Gyana Vajra Rinpoche shared the message that on the reincarnation of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the Dalai Lama has the final say, affirming that he shall adhere, follow and respect the decision taken by the Dalai Lama here. This was further reiterated by the different heads and representative of the various traditions/sects of Tibetan Buddhism yesterday. During his statement, the 43rd Sakya Gonma Trizin becomes emotional when stating how it is difficult to talk about the #reincarnation of the Dalai Lama, especially when he is present with us now🙏 The Sakya Trizin (Sakya Throne-Holder) is among the earliest tradition/sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Its line of succession unlike reincarnation is passed on from family and is tied to the royal family of Khön. It is a lineage that is more than 900 years old since its 1st monastery was founded in #Sakya (a region in Tibet) in 1073 by Khön Konchog Gyalpo🙏 This lineage of learned Buddhist masters governed Tibet during the 13th and 14th century with its Throne-Holder even advising, mentoring, guiding and teaching the Mongol Emperor Kublai Khan. An important moment occured during the religious heads statement at the 15th Tibetan Religious Conference organsied by Tibet.Net Kyabgon Sakya Gongma Trizin, Gyana Vajra Rinpoche shared the message that on the reincarnation of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the Dalai Lama has the final say, affirming that he shall adhere, follow and respect the decision taken by the Dalai Lama here. This was further reiterated by the different heads and representative of the various traditions/sects of Tibetan Buddhism yesterday. During his statement, the 43rd Sakya Gonma Trizin becomes emotional when stating how it is difficult to talk about the #reincarnation of the Dalai Lama, especially when he is present with us now🙏 The Sakya Trizin (Sakya Throne-Holder) is among the earliest tradition/sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Its line of succession unlike reincarnation is passed on from family and is tied to the royal family of Khön. It is a lineage that is more than 900 years old since its 1st monastery was founded in #Sakya (a region in Tibet) in 1073 by Khön Konchog Gyalpo🙏 This lineage of learned Buddhist masters governed Tibet during the 13th and 14th century with its Throne-Holder even advising, mentoring, guiding and teaching the Mongol Emperor Kublai Khan. Hence, amidst all the news of the #DalaiLama institution continuing yesterday which was an auspicious day and one to rejoice for all🙏 One must never forget the deep humane emotional aspect involved here to his followers - including the 7 million Tibetans in Tibet when discussing the succession of the Dalai Lama. There is no such thing has "Islamophobia". If you fear the religion of Islam and the way of life that Islam teaches, implementing things like Sharia law and Jihad you are either uneducated on it or you lack basic critical thinking skills. So no, there's no such thing as Islamophobia. If you don't fear a religion whose holy text teaches you that you should kill nonbelievers if they fight you back, you're not that smart. If you don't fear a religion that teaches you that women are property of men and to be used and disposed, you're not that smart. If you don't fear a religion that has produced extremism because they have interpreted jihad to justify terrorism, you're not that smart. If you follow a prophet who married a 9-year-old when he was 53 years old, and you think that that's okay, you're not that great. In fact, Mohammad only had a hundred followers before he introduced the concept of Jihad, and then he went and executed 900 Jews, and he started the growth of this religion because people didn't wanna die. None of these fears are illogical, which is what a phobia is. If you don't want Sharia law implemented, if you want a separation of church and state, which is something that Islam does not practice and does not teach, if you don't want that, you're not Islamophobic. You don't have an irrational fear. You have a very rational fear. Many Islamic communities believe that women have half of a brain. An example of Sharia Law is if a woman is raped, it has to be witnessed by four other people in a court of law, if the court of law does not find the perpetrator guilty, she can be executed. I'm scared of that, rightfully so. I'm scared of a religion that terrorism comes out of. I'm scared of a religion that does not wanna separate church and state, so there's no such thing as Islamophobia. Because of that would mean it's an irrational fear and there's nothing irrational about fearing Islam.
