A cattleman's group is warning that ICE raids are having a "chilling effect" on "legal, documented workers" and that "these types of disruptions" could lead to higher beef prices. It comes as gas prices and more continue to rise. Steven Portnoy reports.

I can state clearly that I have received death threats, and the person who made these threats claimed to be connected to my ex’s lawyer. I don't know if it's true, but it makes me feel extremely worried. The courts and the local police will only abuse me and they absolutely will not protect me, as that has been the pattern in the past several years. There is deep corruption going on here in San Joaquin and Sacramento, mostly San Joaquin. They are all counties in California. Moreover, because I am subjected to judicial persecution, even though I am the victim, you can imagine that the judges and lawyers have been colluding for many years to frame me. Now that I am exposing their multi-year systematic judicial fraud by both the courts and the lawyers (lawyers obtained by my ex), I have to face the exact same judges and lawyers that used the courts to abuse and defraud me, and I have received death threats regarding whether I would expose them. Therefore, what I am worried about is that I might die, or that this judicial system will make me disappear or persecute me in other ways. In fact, all the things I did during the past few days were to ensure that, before I possibly disappear, I leave my footprints, voice, and appearance in this world. The related court cases are San Joaquin FL2019-2248, FL2018-3631, and Sacramento 19FL02121. I have a court appearance in San Joaquin tomorrow morning, and I don't know if there will be judicial persecution against me tomorrow. Therefore, I must make everyone aware now that if I am gone by tomorrow noon or afternoon, it is highly likely that I have been made to disappear by them. Furthermore, I have upcoming court dates in Sacramento on October 2 and San Joaquin on October 28. Right now, I don't even dare to see my child, because it was right after the process of seeing my child that I received the death threats. Therefore, I am extremely concerned about my personal safety. This is actually another significance of my trip to Southern California to meet with Nick Shirley and Steve Hilton and their supporters: to leave behind enough images and footprints for all of them to remember that not only do I exist, but I have a tremendous passion for life. If I disappear, it is definitely because I have been murdered or persecuted.
