A cure for depression and anxiety...

this surah is my remedy whenever I am anxious.

I was scrolling, reading a palestinian post but in background i was also hearing these lines ..this was other post below thw post inwas reading, suddenly my heart felt peace and mind contentment ... it is so peaceful

My most favorite surah 💞 There is a lot of peace in this surah.....

Prophet (saw) was relieved when this surah was revealed after a hiatus [revelation pause]. But nowhere it is mentioned in hadith that he (saw) used to recite this surah to manage depression and anxiety.
