JUST IN: Judge denies Marine veteran Daniel Penny's request to dismiss his case where he protected subway passengers from a deranged homeless man. Daniel Penny is a hero. Penny, who has pleaded not guilty to second-degree manslaughter, was told to return back to court in March. On May 1, Penny was deemed a hero by subway passengers after he put Jordan Neely in a choke hold which ultimately killed him. "Mr. Penny cared for people. That’s what he did. That is his crime," a 'woman of color' who was a passenger said. "It was self-defense, and I believe in my heart that he saved a lot of people that day that could have gotten hurt." I agree! Daniel Penny must be cleared of all charges come tomorrow, and if there is a verdict it must be NOT GUILTY across the board! This man, this Marine, is a hero, the judge and DA are making this a mockery, this is a circus court, it’s disgusting. It’s been confirmed that everyone on that subway was threatened. He did everything he can to step in and prevent that man from causing harm to anyone on that train! 👇

In 2019, she gave a reduced sentence to a black man who murdered an asian college professor as he was withdrawing cash from an ATM. She said that it was under the guise of “restorative justice” and ended up giving him 10 years for manslaughter after he was originally charged with murder. Now she’s attempting to imprison an innocent man who protected a group of people on the subway.
