Penny, who has pleaded not guilty to second-degree manslaughter, was told to return back to court in March. On May 1, Penny was deemed a hero by subway passengers after he put Jordan Neely in a choke hold which ultimately killed him. "Mr. Penny cared for people. That’s what he did. That is his crime," a 'woman of color' who was a passenger said. "It was self-defense, and I believe in my heart that he saved a lot of people that day that could have gotten hurt." "The people on that train, we were scared. We were scared for our lives." Another passenger said he thought he "was going to die" when Neely approached.

A 61 year-old man was nearly sucked out of a plain window on a flight to Germany on Ryanair. An engine exploded and shattered the window that he was seated next to ..he was pulled out to his shoulders. His wife desperately clung onto him for five minutes. Eventually with the help of other passengers pulled him back into the plane.. The plane made an emergency landing. Luckily everyone on board was not injured. However, the man was treated for friction burns.. thank God he’s OK. I can’t even imagine the fear that was going through his mind, and his wife’s mind as she was desperately clinging on to him. The window itself is relatively small. Imagine the forces that it took to just pull him out like that. What a nightmare.!
