This really shouldn't be controversial at all. A woman made an online/mobile order for Wendy's, and went there to pick it up, through the drive-thru The catch is, she's Deaf. Hence why she ordered on mobile. Unless she is physically disabled, shouldn't she go INSIDE to pickup her order? Are we that lazy of people anymore, that we expect service with everything. She kept trying to show the employee her phone which had the mobile order on it, yet the employee refused and told her to come inside. Should this be allowed for anyone with a form of disability to accommodate them per ADA rules? At what point should the line be drawn.

This lady ordered her food through DoorDash and when the order is placed the food is prepped for the driver, however the driver took 25 minutes to pick up the food and when she received it it was cold so she took it back to Wendy’s for a replacement and the manager agreed and was going to fix it for her until she started knocking on the counter demanding extra food for her trouble to come back, the manager took exception to her behavior and threw the food in the trash and told her to take it up with DoorDash, after all it was DoorDash’s mistake and they do have remedies for this type of thing, he was just being accommodating, when this didn’t work out for her she snatched another customer’s food and took off out the door.

Wow this customer went in to have her Apple watch synched up with her phone, and for some reason, the manager, (Ethan) wound up erasing all of her photos, work documents, everything, and set the phone back to factory reset. The worst part of this is when she confronts him about it he denies it, blames her for it all while slurring his words. This has to be one of the weirdest confrontations I’ve ever seen. It’s believed that he was drunk. The customer then asks to speak to someone over him, and he just flat out says no. In the end he was fired, unfortunately, the customer was not given any kind of compensation. I do believe she should have been able to get her information back on the phone if it’s in the cloud, but maybe I’m wrong about that.?

It was a normal day for this Uber driver. He’s been picking up and dropping off people all day. Everything was going fine for him until he picks up this woman. Off the bat he says she seemed a little weird and spaced out. He was talking to a friend on a hands free headset when she stated that she felt unsafe with him in the car. So he pulls over and she calls customer service. She lies to customer service about not being able to go elsewhere because there is no business’s she can wait at for another Uber. This woman walked into this ice cream shop and ordered an ice cream cone. When they handed it to her she told them she couldn’t pay for it. 😳 The employees said she had to pay for it. She didn’t have any money. She asks them if they are going to call the cops. This male customer sitting there chimes in and says if they call the cops he will be a witness. The woman said she told them she wanted it for free but the man said that’s not true. He said he watched her the whole time. She tries to put it down on the countertop but the employee tells her don’t leave it there. So she walks over and throws it in the trash. The witness tells her “this is what entitlement looks like” as she walks out the door. Some people said why not just buy the ice cream for her, to have a heart, because you never know what someone is going through. Others said if she had asked the right way and told them up front she didn’t have any money then maybe they would have purchased it for her but to come in and order and THEN tell them you don’t have any money is just wrong. This wasn’t a steak or a burger or a meal, I could see buying her those things to help someone out that is hungry but an ice cream is not a necessity. No one owes anyone anything. What do you think?
