This older couple goes to make a turn on a highway but notices a car with the driver, a woman, with her feet hanging out of the window. When they pull over to check on her they notice a young baby crying in the back and she is non responsive. They call the police and find a bottle to feed the baby with. This is a sad situation but happens all too often. Are babies better off with their own mother or with people willing to give them a better life.

Last week, I spent large parts of two days working on scientific experiments in the Life Sciences Glovebox! I was working on the Germicidal Ultraviolet Light Biofilm Inhibition (GULBI) experiment, which investigates how microgravity impacts the ability of UV light to prevent the formation of biofilms. My background is as a physicist, but as astronauts, we act as the eyes and hands of investigators on the ground in all different disciplines.
