What you see is literally a dog fight between two drones. One is a Ukrainian reconnaissance drone and the other is a Russian FPV counter reconnaissance drone. After spotting the Ukrainian drone, the Russian FPV operator rams itself where the propeller is and downs the Ukrainian reco drone. Not just it, the Russian drone could be seen safe and it was asked to RTH.

VertiGo has four wheels, two tiltable propellers, and two tiltable propellers. One pair of wheels is steerable, and each propeller has two degrees of freedom for adjusting the direction of thrust. The choice of two propellers rather than one enables a floor-to-wall transition, thrust is applied both towards the wall using the rear propeller and in an upward direction using the front propeller, resulting in a flip onto the wall.
