If you advocated for real inclusion, you would encourage men to welcome gender non-conforming men into their teams. Instead, you discriminate against women and girls. Which is a choice - given that the law is clear you don't have to. For shame.

White people are under represented in football. They make up 83% of the U.K. population. There should be 83% of players, according to DEI 🐂💩 Why are you discriminating against them?

Isnt that just a bit racist? Are we going to have quotas for players as well?

How are Muslim women and girls supposed to play when you allow men to play in women's teams? Serious question.

How about a meritocracy?

This makes no sense. You can already play football regardless of all those categories. What they mean is they want to implement more DEI and you will suck it up. Also, now men can play on women's teams and if you disagree you will be banned.

Free from discrimination? By allowing XY men into XX teams you are taking spaces away from women and girls. That's exclusion not inclusion. Girls as young as 9 start periods and at those times are at even greater disadvantage to boys playing against them.

@EnglandFootball I don’t do football but I do listen to the news. It is great for non white people to be such a large percentage of players. However the suggestion that 30% of managers based on the number of non white players is wrong. How about increase white player numbers?
