His parents heard YouTube videos through the wall for 13 days. They did not know their 24-year-old son was building a faceless channel on pace for $4,000 a month. No camera. No editor. No voice of his own. Just one format repeated until YouTube started paying attention: “the economics of owning an airport” “the economics of owning a private jet” “the economics of owning a hospital” Claude writes the script from one topic. AI voice reads it. AI tools generate the visuals. He reviews the final version and schedules the upload. First 12 days from zero: 272,000 views on the first video. 136,000 views on the second. 4,300 subscribers. Around $4,000 month-one pace. Then one of his students copied the same template for a finance channel. 13 days later: 10,800 subscribers and one shopping mall video already made $500+. That is the part most people miss. He did not build a channel around his personality. He built a format Claude can repeat.

MrBeast reveals why a 10% better video gets you four times the views, not 10% more "I mentor YouTubers a lot. One of the people I've been mentoring recently, he was doing $24,000 a month and then he recently had a $400,000 a month on YouTube." "He was doing 4 million views a month, 24 grand. And then probably like seven, eight months into it we got him up to 45 million views." "It's much easier, as weird as it sounds, it's much easier to get five million views on one video than a hundred thousand views on 50 videos." "You could upload one great video a year and get more views than if you uploaded 100 mediocre videos." "If you get people to click your video 10% more and watch a video 10% longer than mine, you don't get 10% more views. You get like four times the views. A 10% better video is four times the views, not 10% more views."

A 20-year-old Japanese guy is turning kids’ AI videos into a $12,000/month main income. He didn’t hire animators or build a studio. He found a simple format: bright nursery characters, short stories, catchy songs, clean captions, and videos kids can replay nonstop. The numbers are wild. One channel he shows has 28.2M subscribers, 771 videos, and three Shorts with 32M, 3.4M, and 42M views. That’s around 77M views from just three videos. His math: 77M Shorts views can be roughly $15,400. The setup is simple: Claude for ideas, scripts, and structure. Then AI visuals, voice, and CapCut turn it into repeatable kids’ content. Kids don’t care who made the video. They care if it’s bright, simple, loud, and worth watching again. That’s the entire business.

A KID SITTING NEXT TO A 10 IN BRAZIL IS MAKING $10,000 A MONTH AND HIS PHONE HASN'T MOVED IN 3 WEEKS he found a youtube channel with 2.3 million subscribers. pasted the url into one website. took him 8 minutes to set up now every time that channel drops a video, ai cuts the 5 best clips and auto-posts them to tiktok, instagram and youtube shorts simultaneously he's not making content. he's parasiting off someone else's audience and getting paid for it 1 million views = $2,000. he's running 4 channels at once. you do the math the website detects new uploads, clips them, posts them. zero human involvement after the initial setup bookmark this and give it a few hours this week, then read the article below - it's worth it

A 24-year-old launched a faceless YouTube channel 13 days ago. In the first month, he has already accumulated $4,000, but he has not shot a single frame.. His investment: a $20 subscription to Claude. No camera, no editor, no voice of his own. THE SYSTEM WORKS LIKE THIS: - Claude writes the full script from one topic prompt - an AI voice narrates it - an AI tool generates the animation and the visuals - one template, repeated forever: "the economics of owning an airport" / "…a private jet" / "…a hospital" - it publishes on a schedule while he sleeps The first 12 days, from zero: > "Why a Fan Can Kill You" -> 272,000 views > second video -> 136,000 views in 6 days > subscribers -> 4,300 > month-one pace -> ~$4,000 And it's replicable. One of his students launched "Mr. Finance" on the same template 13 days ago: > 10,800 subscribers > finance-niche RPM -> ~$7 per 1,000 views > one video on the economics of shopping malls -> $500+ on its own He didn't become a creator. He built a press that prints episodes. The whole stack is public. Everyone has the same $20 Claude. He just pointed it at a niche and refused to stop publishing.

A 22-year-old guy built a faceless YouTube channel to $20,000/month after 7 months. The format wasn’t tutorials or motivational clips. He found weird reaction-style videos already pulling 500k-2M views, then rebuilt them with stronger hooks, faster cuts, and better pacing. Claude writes the script, ElevenLabs does the voice, and CapCut turns every upload into the same repeatable template. One idea becomes 10 versions instead of one random video. The numbers got stupid fast. 220k views, 480k views, then one video crossed 1.3M. After enough uploads, the channel was sitting around 13M total views. By month 7 he was posting 12-15 videos/month. Each one took under an hour, and the best few videos carried most of the revenue.

A 20-year-old student built a YouTube machine that runs itself and prints $38,000 a month The whole system runs on Claude and Premiere Pro stitched together. Claude scouts high-CPM niches and writes every script. Python pipes the scripts into Premiere where the videos get cut and exported on their own. The channels were already past a million views on Shorts in the first month. On the side he sells the same pipeline as a service to other creators. $400 per client video, 20 minutes of his actual time per delivery. Around 25 videos a week stacks up to roughly $10,000 from clients alone. Add the channel revenue on top and the whole thing clears $38,000 a month. He's 20, no team, no office, no editor, just a laptop running Claude 24/7. Save this before every faceless YouTuber in your feed switches to the same stack.

Creators are making $20,000/month off YouTube and TikTok automation, zero filming, zero face on camera. This guy just took it further, TikTok ads cost $5 per 1,000 views, he got it down to $0.0002. That's 25,000x cheaper, same views, same platforms, zero filming. Claude 4.8 scrapes proven viral hooks, stitches his CTA on the back, and schedules 300+ posts a month across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. He checks in once a month -> the machine does the rest. 300,000+ views a month for the price of a coffee, that's reality. The article below breaks down the exact stack and how to set it up yourself.

A 20-year-old guy earned $37,250 in a month creating YouTube content and barely even touches the editing software. He set up an autonomous "content factory" where Claude acts as the brain and Premiere Pro serves as the body. The system works 24/7 while he lives his life. Claude analyzes high-CPM niches, writes scripts, and uses Python scripts to trigger voiceovers and video generation. In the first month alone, one of his channels hit hundreds of thousands of views on Shorts. One client video ($400) -> 15 minutes of AI work = $400 profit. 20 videos per week = $8,000. He simply had an idea, and Claude took care of everything: from the first word of the script to the final render.

A 19-year-old guy turned a $3/day faceless video experiment into a YouTube channel pushing $20,000/month. He didn’t build a brand or film himself. He just found a simple Shorts format: funny “bad day” moments, rankings, captions, fast cuts, and repeatable clips. The dashboard is the crazy part. 23,917,192 views in 7 days, +7.5k subscribers, and $2,801 in estimated revenue from one basic channel. The setup is even simpler: Claude for ideas, hooks, titles, and repeatable scripts. CapCut for editing. Shorts for distribution. Same format, new clips, posted again and again. No camera. No studio. No team. Just a laptop, cheap tools, and a format that can be repeated every day. Most people still think YouTube needs personality. This guy found out it can also be volume, retention, and boring execution.

Not all subscribers are worth the same. Chris Koerner (Chris Koerner) on why he stopped posting Shorts to his main YouTube channel: "I hit 100,000 subscribers in 10 months. But most of those came from Shorts, and they're not good subscribers." "My Shorts aren't clips from my longs. So YouTube's like, 'Is this a long-form guy or a short-form guy? We don't know.'" "So we said, we'll never post another short to this channel. We'll start a brand new channel with zero subscribers." "My long-form channel went from 100,000 to almost 600,000 subs. And those extra 500,000 are so much more valuable, because they all came from long-form."

A YouTube channel with fewer than 5,000 subscribers generated $10,891 in its first 90 days after Claude Code found the niche. The opportunity was visible before the channel even launched. Claude Code analyzed YouTube data and uncovered Red File: a faceless true-crime channel with only 22 AI documentaries, 39,000 subscribers and one video that reached 2.2 million views in two weeks. Its estimated monthly revenue was nearly $38,000. Instead of copying the videos, he studied the market behind them and used the same system to identify 20 underserved niches with proven demand. One of those opportunities became the new channel that generated almost $11,000 in 90 days. The first upload was not the beginning of the business. The data was. Watch the breakdown and bookmark it for your next channel.

JUST IN: Alejandro Mayorkas appears to throw Biden's inner circle under the bus for not allowing him to secure the border, says "decisions are made" and people just carry them out. 4 years of irreversible damage and he decides to speak up now. "People have different views on what the correct policies should be, what the correct operational measures should be. Those disagreements, those different views are voiced." "Decisions are made, and then everyone marches in unity together. That is the nature of a large organization, and the government is no different."

These 5 faceless YouTube niches can make you $10,000 a month None of these channels show a face or film anything. Niche 1 is sports highlights. A channel called faceoff stitches old NHL clips into top 20 moments and pulls millions of views. Niche 2 is military. The Daily Navy explains life on aircraft carriers and racks up over a million views per video. Niche 3 is the ocean. BeyondTheBlue makes creepy deep sea explainers people cannot stop watching. Niche 4 is space. Astrum sits at 2.8 million subscribers just talking about planets and the sun. Niche 5 is faceless kids content. Nursery rhymes and cartoons that toddlers replay all day long. Pick one, let AI do the heavy work and post daily. Save this before these niches get crowded.

THIS IS F**KING INSANE HIS FIRST FACELESS YOUTUBE CHANNEL MADE $600K. But the six channels he built afterward revealed something more important: The real asset wasn’t the channel. It was the blueprint. His system starts with: → Finding the right niche → Building a repeatable video format → AI writing the scripts → ElevenLabs generating the voice → AI creating the animation → Publishing without ever appearing on camera When a format works, he doesn’t just celebrate the viral video. He turns the winning formula into a system. Then he tests that system across new channels. Most creators build a library of videos. He built something bigger: an invisible media company where AI handles production and he allocates attention across seven different brands.

MrBeast says he helped a friend go from $20k to $400k a month in revenue just by telling him the truth once a week "I mentored this one guy just for fun. He was doing like $10,000 on one channel and $8,000 a month on another channel. And this month he actually just had his highest revenue month ever. He did $400,000 in revenue. Just by listening to what I taught him we were able to 20x his revenue. Just me once a week telling him he was an idiot and what to do." "A lot of times people, oh boy, they think their videos are better than they are." MrBeast: "Tell them Jimmy, tell them, they do." Coffeezilla: "And they have horrible friend groups. A lot of times I'm just like, what you're saying is wrong, who told you this? They're like, oh this guy. And it's like, well they're wrong. So it's getting people with the right YouTuber friend group that will actually tell them when their content's bad and actually roast it." "Usually it's hiring an editor, uploading less videos, just making them better. It's much easier to get five million views on one video than 50,000 views on 100 videos." "A lot of people aren't willing to put in ten-hour days because they don't like what they're doing. It's a long grind, you're doing this for years not months. So the first thing is figuring out what are the things you're currently doing that you don't want to do, and let's figure out a way to get someone else to do it, so you actually get out of bed excited."

One guy built a wedding camera app in a month and it now makes him over $1,000,000 a year. No team, no investors, no marketing budget. 100,000 downloads in the first month. Zero dollars on ads. He did not bolt marketing onto the product. He made using the product the marketing. You cannot use the app alone. The host has to pull every guest into it. One wedding is not one user. It is 200 people scanning the same code in one evening. The guest liked it at someone else's wedding. A month later he throws his own event and brings his own crowd. The loop spins for free. It does not look like an ad. To the guest it is a gift. So they install it gladly. $2 to $50 subscriptions. 5% pay. That is $100,000 a month. He did not win on budget. He sewed the growth into the product itself. Could you build the loop, or is it just luck?

A 22-year-old turned one fear every dog owner has into almost $90,000 from two faceless YouTube videos. The first video took 30 minutes to create and generated 6.4 million views, 20,200 subscribers and $24,810. The second reached 9.7 million views and made another $65,000. His system is simple. Find the emotional question people cannot leave unanswered, let AI write the script, generate the narration with ElevenLabs and turn it into an animated video automatically. No dog appears on his camera. He never appears either. The tools explain how he produced the videos so quickly. They do not explain why millions watched. Both uploads made owners question the relationship they thought they understood. He is not building a channel about dogs. He is building a library of questions dog owners are afraid to answer.

A guy makes $100K a month putting people to sleep with AI The whole channel is fake. No host, no narrator, nothing real. His name is Leo. He picked a weirdly powerful niche, history stories for people who want to fall asleep. The channel is called Sleepless Historian and it ships boring medieval history videos that are 30 minutes to 3 hours long. People put it on at night, drift off, and the watch time goes through the roof. The whole pipeline runs on AI tools stacked together. He generates the script with ChatGPT and a tool called Subscribr that writes full 60+ minute narrations on autopilot. The voiceover is done in ElevenLabs with a calm British narrator voice. The visuals are generated in medieval scenes that loop quietly under the audio. Everything gets stitched together in CapCut with ambient sound effects from Artlist. One video took him a few hours. The channel hit 887K subscribers and pulls around $100K a month from YouTube ad revenue alone. And he's doing the same play across multiple niches at once. One viral video on another of his channels has already done 2.9M views and 50.7M impressions. You don't need a face, a voice, or even an idea of your own. You just need the stack and a niche the algorithm is hungry for.

>Now Saqib Saifi is saying that whatever the government is doing, he is also doing same for views.. >Even then the government will not take any action against them. They are still making scripted videos and doing Hindu–Muslim over it.. >On top of that, his sister is coming to defend him as well… with zero logic.. >The point is clear that he married a Hindu girl so that he can keep doing Hindu–Muslim content and cook up views for his whole life..
