subagents are just recursive agents where you can apply different prompts + models depending on the task. since they’re just a primitive, Cursor cli can actually spawn subagents by calling cursor-agent in headless mode via shell commands. that’s what makes the cli so nice. you can extend it, experiment, and have a lot of fun exploring orchestration patterns. here’s one way to do it w. dynamic model selection: 1. create a subagents.mdc rule 2. drop in: ``` --- alwaysApply: true --- ALWAYS spawn subagents by running `cursor-agent -p [task] --output-format=text --force --model [model]` in the terminal. Each subagent should return a summary of the changes it made. ✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI: [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!

i built an open world minigame that's controlled with hand movements only here's a step-by-step tutorial: > started with my mediapipe + threejs template (see QT) > added a 3D model made by quaternius > sent a few prompts to gemini 3... --- prompt #1: repurpose the attached script, but now I want to import a gltf model (assets/model.gltf) and use that in the scene instead of the cube when the user moves their hand, a waypoint indicator should move around the scene, and the 3D model should smoothly move there when the user makes a fist, the model should jump the 3D model contains bundled animations in it. use the "idle", "run", and "jump" animations --- prompt #2: make this a procedural open world adventure. generate very simple procedural voxel terrain when the model gets near the edges of the screen, the camera should move, allowing the model to keep going in that direction --- prompt #3: add some floating glowing gems around the map that the user can collect --- i made some manual tweaks for styling and game feel, but that's the gist of it thanks for reading if you got all the way here full code is available at my link in bio

If you think OpenAI Sora is a creative toy like DALLE, ... think again. Sora is a data-driven physics engine. It is a simulation of many worlds, real or fantastical. The simulator learns intricate rendering, "intuitive" physics, long-horizon reasoning, and semantic grounding, all by some denoising and gradient maths. I won't be surprised if Sora is trained on lots of synthetic data using Unreal Engine 5. It has to be! Let's breakdown the following video. Prompt: "Photorealistic closeup video of two pirate ships battling each other as they sail inside a cup of coffee." - The simulator instantiates two exquisite 3D assets: pirate ships with different decorations. Sora has to solve text-to-3D implicitly in its latent space. - The 3D objects are consistently animated as they sail and avoid each other's paths. - Fluid dynamics of the coffee, even the foams that form around the ships. Fluid simulation is an entire sub-field of computer graphics, which traditionally requires very complex algorithms and equations. - Photorealism, almost like rendering with raytracing. - The simulator takes into account the small size of the cup compared to oceans, and applies tilt-shift photography to give a "minuscule" vibe. - The semantics of the scene does not exist in the real world, but the engine still implements the correct physical rules that we expect. 【🌷 3D REVEAL~! 🌷】 It was a dream (of spring hehe) come true to join some of my most precious friends to celebrate Nimi's 1-year #nimiversary at her 3D concert and to sing and dance together~! 🎶 This is actually both my new 3D model and was my first time doing mocap. 💖 It means a lot to me, and I'm so happy it got to be with friends!!! I love love love how Ayn @ VGEN was able to bring my wonderful mama さえきやひろ💀's art to life so skillfully and beautifully. 🎨 This is the reveal of my proper main hairstyle too~! I'm able to express myself so well with it, from every soft and silly expression, so the way the flowy dress moves like petals in the wind, to the bounce and flutter of my wings! 🎀 And this model actually was made possible BECAUSE of Nimi 💚 I didn't have a 3D model at all at the time, but I'm happy that she wanted me to be able to stand by her side and dance together and hug her ;////; I will treasure this model always. It's another important addition to the fairytale we've been writing together! I'll keep putting all of my heart into blooming more and more as an idol, and making happy memories with you all like we did today!

I really don’t think about dual engine failures in a twin engine helicopter unless I starve my fuel supply like the Glasgow EC-135 crash into a pub. I think my biggest fear is having my main rotor transmission start coming apart because there is no coming back from that if it happens. The other thing I think about is a stuck tail rotor pedal. Nose goes left, land. Nose goes right auto-rotate. Best advice I can give you, never be in hurry when flying a twin unless you’re on fire or you have a dual engine flameout. My former boss always said, “If you didn’t yaw, it didn’t happen” and I live and fly by this advice. Probably the biggest thing I deal with on a daily basis is coming out of a tight LZ being heavy and in a hot environment. Every time I pick up from such an environment, I always say.. “Listen, the engines are going to be huffing and puffing” but based on the performance calculations and my experience, it’s not going to be a problem. 🎥 Dansa documenting a 🇩🇪 H145M practicing auto-rotations

let me save you 3 hours of head scratching. if you're running local models like Qwen3.5-35B-A3B through Claude Code via llama.cpp's Anthropic endpoint, the chain will break every 3 to 5 minutes. tool call fails. flow stops. you reprompt. it recovers. 2 minutes later it stops again. the model is fine. the harness chokes on local inference latency. switch to OpenCode. same localhost endpoint. same model. same GPU. the chain doesn't break. the tradeoff: OpenCode sometimes loops. the model forgets what it already read and repeats the same tool call. but a loop you can interrupt. a broken chain kills your momentum and you start over. watch both side by side. proprietary agent vs open source agent. same 3B model. different failure modes. pick your poison.
