A major problem facing U.S. Hispanics is that we do not conceptualize our corner of the country—El Norte—as a living, breathing region with a shared history, common identity, and collective destiny. Without this sense of place, we fracture culturally dividing ourselves into competing identities that prevent any meaningful political... or cultural consolidation of La Cultura and La Raza. We argue over labels such as Hispanic, Latino, or Chicano; split into regional identities like Tejano, Nuevomexicano, or California Chicano (Norteño and Sureño) or just straight “Mexican” Add assimilationist “No Sabos,” who become white or black and left-versus-right politics, and the result is a fragmented people with little political or economic cohesion and power. This gets us no where other then politically disenfranchised, second class citizens. Only by understanding ourselves regionally as El Norte bound together by a shared regional history and culture—as Nortenos can we re-assimilate out of the false mono culture the “melting pot” that leads us no where and into a tradition that informs the path forward. It is a nation where you are free to be a Christian — or any other faith, or no faith at all. The religious right would probably call the Founding Fathers ‘not real Christians’ given their beliefs. I think it's important that we remember our true history and we honor that that promise of America as a melting pot — E pluribus unum, out of many one. It's a promise we obviously haven't ever fulfilled, but it is one that we're still trying to fulfill.

We have begun clearing the illegal shanties and market stalls built along the median of the Lagos-Badagry Expressway. As we rebuild the Lagos-Badagry Expressway into a modern 10-lane highway, we cannot allow its median to become a market, a settlement or a site for illegal structures. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to trade, build makeshift shops or live on the median of a major highway. It is unsafe, illegal and unacceptable. We often compare Lagos with some of the world’s leading cities and ask why we cannot be like them. The truth is that those cities work because people respect public infrastructure and obey the rules. We cannot expect a world-class city while refusing to show the discipline needed to keep one. Dumping waste indiscriminately or building illegal structures along our highways will not move us forward. If we want a cleaner, safer and more organised Lagos, discipline and personal responsibility must become part of our everyday culture. That is how we build a city we can all be proud of.

Fear shuts everything down: compassion, dialogue, the possibility of a shared future. But I also believe we can change that. If we fix things on our side—how we lead, how we speak, how we show up, they will start to see us differently. No longer as a threat, but as people. As partners. This isn’t about bending over backwards or turning the other cheek. It’s in our own best interests to choose a smarter path—one that leads to dignity, justice, and a two-state solution where both peoples can live freely.

Sorry, we don’t live in a simulation. The Spiritual Hierarchies, sometimes called the angelic hierarchies or the nine choirs of angels, are the living cosmos itself. Our study of them reveals not only our own path of glory and initiation, but also the actual substrate of the spiritual world. The bodies of the angels are what we understand as the qualities of heaven. These qualities are also expressed through the planetary spheres, and their activity reveals to us the laws of heaven. Just as the natural world shows us that all life operates symbiotically, so too does spiritual life. We live symbiotically with the angels as a part of them. This spiritual reality was understood by our ancestors since the beginning of time. Today, however, humanity has turned its back on this truth. Why? So that man may become a god in his own mind, rather than humbling himself within the order of creation and living under God, of which he is naturally a part. Today, many claim that the cosmos is not a living being, but dead matter. Space is imagined as lifeless, filled with dead planets like Mars that humanity is destined to reshape and animate in its own image. We see fantastical cosmologies that place man at the center of creation, surrounded by bizarre classes of alien beings within a hologram of disembodied energy waves, supposedly controlled by the mind and intention alone. The height of modern ignorance is the claim that the cosmos is nothing more than a simulation and that, like a video game, man must learn to manipulate it with knowledge in order to escape it. None of this is real. It is the materialist delusion of our age. We have reduced the cosmos to a machine, an inhuman thing to be controlled. The spiritual hierarchies are lost in this miscalculation and are instead described as aliens, non-human intelligences, or other invented terms that contain no initiatory meaning. We stand at the height of hubris, making ourselves gods within a mechanical cosmos. To truly progress, we must return to meaningful definitions of God, angel, and man. We can only advance when we are able to conceive of the cosmos as living and filled with living spiritual beings, just as we ourselves are. A cosmos of life. When we can do this, our true nature and purpose can be revealed, and we can take our rightful place as the tenth member of the hierarchy. How we define something declares its nature, and the nature of our world is not that of a machine.

jackson saying this was very timely, as youngjae had just talked about the same thing in his interview, how GOT7 once felt unsure of their musical identity 👑 if you look at our map of releasing songs, the first year, the second year, our first album, second album, we tried everything. so, looking back, we were like, ah, we could have done better, like, if we had a branding. if we have a specific thing that we're going at, we should be consistent and... it's like, at the end of the day, it's all products, right? and you want to be, it's like walking into walmart or target. is this a shampoo or is this a body wash or is it a soap or is it a bath salt? we didn't have that. we were just trying a lot of stuff. we're like multivitamins. 👤 do you feel like that limits the group? 👑 no, i just felt like people, when, we always talk about it among members, like, we, when people think of us, specifically for music, what is the genre? or are we like a rubik's cube that we're just everything? but when you're everything, there's good and a bad side where, oh, we see different dynamics and various genres that they could digest and do, but what are they? i think this is one of the things that, I mean, it's not a negative thing that, it's not something that we regret, but it's something that we always talk about. we didn't have, like, a certain color or a tone or a feeling.

I say this with all due respect and out of love. Black America is embarrassing. As a Black man I am truly embarrassed for us. Anybody following the Democrats is ridiculous but what do we get out of it? I watched Black people march around this country and say "the whole system" is guilty, only to vote for a blond haired White woman who used to work for the CIA over a Black woman because she is a Republican. We have lost the plot... No, even worse, we are the plot. It's not about voting for a White person or Black person based on their race, it's about the logical inconsistency of what we think the "guilty system" really is and how selective we are with our definitions and standards. I say this in all seriousness, Black people make so many excuses "culturally" it's almost unbelievable. We talk about "culture" and celebrate "culture", if a Black person does something good or has success, we hold them up as an example of "Black excellence". Great, but if a Black person doesn't something violent or self-destructive we blame White people or racism. If somebody achieves "Black excellence", the 1st thing they usually do is move away from other Black people, go to where White people live, but then we say there is no problem in the Black community? Are we retarded? And I don't say that to be funny. I honestly see the stuff we post online, the content we consume, the comments we make, what has our attention as Black consumers and think to myself are we retarded? Even woke is like this genre of social media activity that tries to engage in intellectual dialogue but it's so heavily wrapped in "white supremacy this, white supremacy that". Here's the strangest part... Sports is one of the few places Black people have been dominant categorically, yet none of our "culture" is a reflection of what it takes to become a great athlete. Imagine a basketball player loses their man in a basketball game, the coach calls a timeout and in the huddle the player says "but other people lose their man, I watched other games where players lose their man, the refs don't want us to win." Any good coach would say "shut the hell up and guard your man or come out of the game", if they don't lull you out for the response alone. Now imagine if everybody did that? In Ag…… let’s be honest we know so very little, we just hope to capture a bit of knowledge each opportunity we get. We should learn from one another not cry about someone’s ideas because they are different then what you learned or were taught. History teaches us a lot, but it doesn’t mean you can’t move forward, it’s a constant cycle of learning. And no one learns without others! It’s a team game that we are all in together. The guy that says I can’t trust that guy as he sells that seed or that fertilizer or that foliar is going to see rough times. As learning is opening your eyes and ears to ideas, and adding them to your library full of knowledge from your own experiences. That’s how something improves. It’s not the same thing every year and it’s not changing everything all at once. It’s bringing ideas and practices together to make it all work and bridge the gap.

The entire claim is false, mischievous, and designed to drag the name of our noble Association into political controversies that do not align with our mandate as a student body. We understand that the matter concerning Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a legal issue currently before a competent court of law, and it would therefore be inappropriate, unlawful, and irresponsible for NANS to take a partisan position or mobilize any form of protest on a matter before the judiciary. Whatever Mr. Sowore and his group are planning or doing is for their own political interest and has absolutely nothing to do with NANS. We advise him and his co-travelers to stop using the name of NANS to give credibility to their politically driven agenda. Our focus as a responsible students’ organization remains on education, youth development, peace, and national unity Not partisian agitation. We therefore call on parents and guardians across the country to warn their children and wards not to be deceived or lured into joining any protest sponsored by self-serving politicians who do not mean well for the nation or the student community."
