My question is wouldn't most of the wood from the Ark been repurposed for other uses over time? How much of it could actually be left?

That sight is on a post flood volcano in a valley so it can’t be the Arks location. Every few years you trod this out and try to get people all exited, but you’re clearly in the wrong place. Dr. Andrew Snelling PH.D geologist of Answers In Genesis has been there, he says no.

I laugh at that Noah's ark thing they're mistaken about that Ireland's never been underwater either as the UK and most of Europe what are they thinking. Please let that Hebrew stuff go we came up with a different flow. Reality kicked in and "lamassu"showed us the light again.4u
