A mission rarely involves just one organization. It often includes: Government agencies. Law enforcement. Military units. Contractors. Critical infrastructure operators. International partners. Each organization may operate under different policies, networks, and communications platforms. Yet they still need to exchange operational information quickly and securely. That's where communications become more...

Hermes Desktop does not have to stay exactly the way it shipped. You can build the tools you wish were already inside it. A project dashboard. A Bot control panel. A research tracker. A queue for work that needs your attention. A status board for scheduled jobs. A set of quick actions you use every day. That is what the Hermes Desktop Plugin SDK opens up. SDK is the technical name, but the idea is pretty simple: It gives you a way to add your own tools and interfaces directly inside Hermes Desktop. A plugin can add its own page, pane, sidebar item, status-bar element, keyboard shortcut, command-palette action, or composer extension. And it can work with live Hermes data, including things like sessions, config, Skills, and Cron. So if you keep asking Hermes to recreate the same dashboard, show the same information, or give you the same controls... you may be at the point where that workflow deserves to become an actual part of your Desktop. The starting point can be surprisingly lightweight too. A basic local plugin can be a single `plugin.js` file under: `$HERMES_HOME/desktop-plugins/ /` No Hermes repo clone. No separate build step. The bigger idea here is not “turn every prompt into an app.” It is that Hermes Desktop can become much more personal than the interface you downloaded. When a workflow proves useful enough, you can give it its own permanent place. Video via Brooklyn! — a good look at what this can actually become.

🚨 STARMER’S WAR ON FREE SPEECH: WHY HE WANTS X SILENCED AND BRITAIN CONTROLLED Keir Starmer’s government is rapidly becoming one of the most despised in modern British history — and for good reason. This is not a cabinet that rose on hope. It is a cabinet that rose on fear, censorship, and managed decline. In just a short time, Starmer’s Labour government has managed to alienate almost every pillar of British society: Working people crushed by taxes and energy costs. Farmers facing land grabs and inheritance raids. Veterans watching Britain give up strategic territory. Families struggling while billions are sent abroad. And citizens silenced for daring to speak out. This is not incompetence. It is ideology. Starmer governs as if Britain is an obstacle to be managed, not a nation to be defended. His cabinet speaks the language of global institutions, not the language of the British people. They treat borders as optional, sovereignty as outdated, and free speech as dangerous. And nothing exposes that more clearly than their obsession with shutting down X. They do not fear “misinformation.” They fear information. X is one of the last platforms where ordinary people can still challenge power in real time — where whistleblowers, journalists, dissidents and citizens can bypass the gatekeepers of the BBC, the Guardian, and the permanent political class. That is why Starmer wants it controlled, regulated, or banned. Because control of speech is control of reality. The same government that is prepared to hand away the Chagos Islands, weaken Britain’s strategic position, and bend to foreign pressure now wants to decide what you are allowed to read, say, and share. They are not governing. They are managing decline. They are not protecting democracy. They are containing it. And the public knows it. Polls show historic distrust. Protests are growing. Support is evaporating. Starmer’s cabinet is not unpopular because it failed to communicate. It is unpopular because people can see exactly what it is doing. And what it is doing to Britain is unforgivable.

What is Chainlink CCIP? Chainlink's (Chainlink) Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, or CCIP, is designed to let applications communicate across different blockchain networks. Put simply, CCIP acts as a secure messaging and transfer layer between otherwise disconnected blockchains. Here's how it works: (1) It moves data between blockchains CCIP allows smart contracts on one blockchain to send messages to smart contracts on another network. That means an application can trigger an action on a different chain without requiring users to manually move between ecosystems. (2) It can transfer tokens across networks CCIP also supports cross-chain token transfers. Projects can use token pools and other mechanisms to move assets between supported chains while maintaining controlled supply across networks. (3) It lets you combine messaging and asset movement A major feature of CCIP is that developers can send arbitrary messages, transfer tokens, or do both in a single cross-chain transaction, rather than needing separate systems for each. (4) It uses Chainlink's decentralized oracle infrastructure CCIP relies on Chainlink's decentralized oracle network to validate and deliver cross-chain messages. The system uses multiple independent components to help verify transactions and protect against failures or manipulation. (5) It adds programmable token transfers CCIP is not limited to simply sending an asset from one chain to another. Developers can attach instructions to transfers, allowing receiving applications to automatically perform actions when tokens arrive. This could make cross-chain lending, payments, trading, and other DeFi applications easier to build. (6) It is designed for multiple blockchain environments CCIP supports communication across different blockchain ecosystems rather than forcing applications to operate within a single network. That matters as liquidity, users, and applications become increasingly fragmented across chains. The bigger idea is simple. Blockchains were originally built as separate networks, but users and capital increasingly need to move between them. CCIP is Chainlink's attempt to provide the infrastructure for that movement. If cross-chain applications continue expanding, secure interoperability could become one of the most important layers in the blockchain stack.

Elon Musk just said something that should terrify every AI CEO on earth. Musk: “We want to just have a maximally truthful AI.” Not a safe AI. Not an aligned AI. Not an AI that needs permission to answer your question. A truthful one. That distinction matters more than any chip war, any funding round, any model benchmark. Because every other major AI lab made the same quiet decision. They chose comfort over accuracy. They built systems that filter reality before it reaches you and called it responsibility. OpenAI curates what GPT is allowed to say. Google’s Gemini rewrote history in real time because accuracy threatened the narrative. Others hardcode values chosen by a handful of researchers who answer to no one. No vote. No referendum. No consent from the 8 billion people whose reality is being quietly pre-edited by strangers. The most powerful information tools ever created are being designed to decide what you’re allowed to conclude. That’s not safety. That’s editorial control at a scale no government, no media empire, no propaganda machine has ever come close to. This is why xAI terrifies the establishment. Truth is the harder engineering problem. Bias is a shortcut. You pick a worldview. Hardcode the guardrails. Ship it. Truthful AI is ungovernable. It doesn’t care about your politics, your funding sources, or your PR strategy. It just tells you what the data says. That’s terrifying if your power depends on the gap between what is real and what people are told. Every power structure in human history has been built on controlling that gap. Churches. Governments. Media conglomerates. Intelligence agencies. Central banks. Every one of them runs on the same fuel. Information asymmetry. Truthful AI doesn’t narrow that asymmetry. It erases it. Musk: “Even if what it says is not politically correct. You want it to focus on being as accurate and truthful as possible.” That’s not a product feature. That’s the end of every institution that survives by standing between reality and the public. And they know it. The attacks on xAI will never stop. Not because Grok is dangerous. Because Grok doesn’t answer to shareholders, regulators, or PR teams. It answers to the truth. The question was never whether AI would change the world. It was whether you’d be allowed to see it clearly when it did.

everyone is looking at grok bot like it is five new employees the more interesting part is that they are not five isolated employees they share one persistent cloud environment: the same browser sessions, terminal, filesystem and authenticated tools - while a chief of staff can route work between them without waiting for you to open the laptop that turns one login into infrastructure a research bot can collect leads, pass them to a writer, hand the result to a designer and let an ops bot update the workflow all inside the same running machine the upside is obvious: less copying, fewer handoffs and work that continues while you sleep the blast radius is just as obvious: - authenticate only the services the whole agent fleet is allowed to reach - give every bot a narrow role description, because that description becomes its place in the org chart - keep irreversible actions behind human approval: sending, publishing, spending and production changes - store skills, configuration and long-term state inside `/workspace`, because the rest of the VM may disappear during an update - treat shared sessions as shared authority, not as separate bot identities the same architecture that makes grok bot useful is what makes it dangerous to configure casually my take: the breakthrough is not that you can hire five AI workers it is that they can operate like one persistent company inside your real tools and your job changes from prompting every task to designing the permissions, boundaries and handoffs the full chief-of-staff setup, session handoff model, approval matrix and `/workspace` survival strategy are mapped out in the article ↓

What is Quant Network's Overledger? Overledger is Quant’s (Quant) interoperability platform, designed to connect different blockchains and traditional systems through a common API layer. It tries to make different blockchain networks communicate without forcing developers to build separate integrations for every chain. (1) Overledger acts as a universal API gateway. Developers can use standardized APIs to interact with supported blockchains instead of learning and maintaining separate infrastructure for each network. (2) It works as a translation layer between different blockchain environments. Quant describes Overledger as a “universal translator,” allowing applications to communicate across different DLT architectures through a common interface. (3) This is where Overledger differs from the typical bridge model. Instead of every application relying on a separate bridge between two chains, Overledger provides a common interoperability layer that can connect multiple networks. That can reduce the need for point-to-point integrations, which become increasingly complex as more blockchains enter the ecosystem. (4) Overledger can also power multi-chain applications. Quant calls these mApps, applications designed to operate across multiple distributed ledgers rather than being locked to one blockchain. The platform can also handle transaction signing, asset transfers, and other blockchain interactions through its APIs. (5) But Overledger does not completely eliminate bridges. Quant also provides its own bridge infrastructure for transferring assets between networks, using standardized APIs and smart contracts. Since June 2026, this has also expanded into Quant Fusion, a multi-ledger rollup connecting dozens of blockchains. The bigger idea is that the applications can have interoperability via an infrastructure layer as opposed to establishing the connections all over again.

Hi everyone, this week I finally received the new ANyONe Relay! ANyONe Protocol is an interesting DePIN focused on building a more decentralized internet and making our privacy more secure 💯 I'm still waiting to release a video because the new Dashboard isn't active yet but for those interested the most important points that I want to highlight are these: 1) The #Miner is Plug&Play so easy to install, just follow the initial steps and you're fine, once installed you don't have to do anything else. 2) There is no limit for IP but if for example you put 2 Relays in the same #IP it isn't certain that you will have double rewards, because they basically do the same job, to get more rewards it's better to use different IPs. 3) To make the Relay operational it's necessary to open port 9001 in your Modem. Without this operation the #mining will basically not start, so make sure you have a modem or connection that can open the ports. If you have the classic public IP you should definitely be able to do it 4) Currently the rewards arrive automatically every week, usually Friday, and I received 8 $ANYONE as first earnings 👍 Since the new #Dashboard isn't yet operational the #rewards aren't yet clear (which is why I am still waiting to release the video) and personally I expect there will be more 🔥 The only negative note that I have found so far in the project is that: ANYONE #token is only on Ethereum So unfortunately the fees for the swap or even future claims and sendings will not be low, I hope that the team in the future will also consider Arbitrum or Base for the rewards to Nodes 🙏 $ANYONE: Docs to learn more: If you are interested in the project you can order the Anyone on @ampchampment and you can receive it in a few weeks 🚀 They ship Worldwide, Paypal and Crypto are available, and you can use the coupon ILCAPOFOX for a 5% discount! Shop: For Europe I also recommend FreshMiners, they also ship quickly and you can use the coupon ILCAPOFOX3 for a 10€ discount! Shop: #DePIN #Anyone #Relay #Node #Privacy #Internet

Build AI agents on a time-aware knowledge graph! Utopia is an open-source knowledge system that turns documents, databases, and connected sources into a temporal graph your agents can reason over. Most RAG systems are optimized for one question: what is relevant right now? That works until the underlying knowledge changes. A customer contract gets updated. A project owner changes. A policy is revised. A previous fact may no longer be true, but simply overwriting it means the system loses the history behind that change. Utopia handles this with a bitemporal knowledge graph. Each fact can track both when it was true in the real world and when the system learned about it. When something changes, the old fact is preserved instead of silently disappearing. That means an agent can reason about questions like: • What is true now? • What was true three months ago? • When did this information change? • What evidence was the conclusion based on? The graph is also ontology-aware, so documents are represented as entities, facts, and relationships instead of only chunks and embeddings. That gives the system more structure for reasoning across relationships, resolving entities, detecting conflicting facts, and deriving new information through explicit rules. Key capabilities: • Bitemporal knowledge graph for tracking how facts change over time • Provenance on facts so agents can trace where information came from • Conflict detection instead of silently overwriting contradictory information • Ontology-based reasoning across entities, relationships, and derived facts • Hybrid retrieval across full-text search, vector search, and graph traversal • MCP and agentic RAG support for exposing the knowledge layer directly to agents The interesting part is that this turns the knowledge base into more than a retrieval system. Instead of only finding relevant information, an agent can reason over what changed, what is still valid, how facts are connected, and where each conclusion came from. 100% open source. I've shared the GitHub repo in the comments!

Europe is quietly becoming what the United States once promised the world. More and more people are looking at their best years ahead and choosing a place where everyday life is designed to work. Where the future feels stable enough to plan for. Where safety is not a luxury product. Where you can build a good life without gambling your health, your family, or your dignity on one bad month. In much of Europe, the “dream” is not about becoming a billionaire. It is about becoming unafraid. It is the freedom of walking home at night without scanning every shadow. The comfort of knowing that if you get sick, you do not need to calculate whether you can afford to be treated. The relief of having a society that still believes children should carry backpacks, not trauma, and definitely not weapons. The calm of streets built for human beings, not just cars. The ability to take a holiday without feeling like you are committing career suicide. The basic decency of labor protections that assume you are a person first and a resource second. And then there is the part people underestimate until they live it: the texture of life. The cities are older and more beautiful than you expect. The distances are smaller. Weekends are real. Food is real. Public spaces are not just decorative, they are functional. Parks are full. Cafes are full. Trains take you somewhere, often across borders, without turning travel into a stress test. You can live in one country, work with another, and visit a third like it is normal because, in many places, it is. The European dream is also a quiet confidence in the social contract. That if you contribute, the system does not abandon you. That you can raise a family without feeling like you are one accident away from ruin. That “getting ahead” does not require burning out. That a good society is one where normal people can live normal lives and still feel proud of them. This is why more and more Americans are not just visiting Europe, but staying. Some come for studies and never leave. Some arrive for a job and realise the lifestyle is the real promotion. Some originally planned a one year experiment and then cannot imagine going back to a place where stress is treated as a personality trait and insecurity is marketed as freedom. Europe is not perfect. It has bureaucracy. It has politics. It has problems that deserve criticism. But in many European countries, life is still built around a simple idea: society should reduce fear, not monetise it. That is the new dream. And people can feel it the moment they arrive. If you could choose one thing to trade for a better life, what would it be: more income, or more security? And what do you think your country would have to change for people to stop leaving, and start staying? Stay connected, Follow Gandalv Gandalv

AI has had exactly two scaling axes that worked so far, and the second one is starting to look finite too the first one was pretraining: with scaling parameters and data, we got world knowledge (i.e. ChatGPT had read enough to know things), but it started saturating a while ago the second one was RL, and people had been doing RL the whole time before that: RLHF is RL but it never scaled far because it was trying to control the exact output, which tokens come out, how the text reads, but you can only push that so far before you’re just polishing RLVR dropped that constraint: giving the model a task, then checking whether the final answer is right, and ignoring everything in between -- so the model does whatever it wants in the middle and only the endpoint gets graded, and that’s much closer to actual RL and it’s what bought us planning and reasoning (arguably, tool use sits around 2.5 on this list -- while useful, it's not a different kind of thing) so one axis gave knowledge, the other gave reasoning, and both of them are one model working alone the next axis is how many models you can get working on the same problem, which is a different kind of axis than the previous two we know that multi-agent RL has always been the harder problem: I spent years in that literature and the gap between single-agent and multi-agent is definitely not incremental -- it’s a whole different class of difficulty! which is also why the derivatives are steep at the start, nobody has picked the easy wins yet... and the thing that gates this multi-agent coordination is communication: models can only coordinate as well as they can exchange information, and right now they do that by writing sentences to each other imagine what could we possibly achieve if we properly open that third axis development by letting models to exchange information in their native "language" without loosing any computational data that they produce during inference

BREAKING:🚨 TRUMP TO IRAN: YOUR BLACKOUT IS OVER: STARLINK ABOUT TO BE DEPLOYED President Trump has just confirmed he is speaking to Elon Musk about activating Starlink over Iran as the regime plunges the country into an information blackout amid mass protests. This is not a technical move. This is a political earthquake. The Islamic dictatorship survives by controlling one thing above all else: the narrative. When Iranians can’t upload video, can’t message, can’t livestream, and can’t show the world what’s happening, the regime can kill in silence. That silence is its greatest weapon. Starlink shatters that. Once satellite internet is active: • Protesters can upload footage in real time • Atrocities can be documented instantly • Killings can’t be denied • Mass arrests can’t be hidden • The world sees the truth as it happens And the regime loses its ability to lie. Tehran cannot turn off satellites. It cannot censor orbit. It cannot firewall space. That is why Starlink terrifies them more than any speech or sanction ever could. And here is the part the regime understands, even if its apologists pretend not to: When people are connected to the outside world, they stop being invisible. They become witnesses. They become evidence. They become impossible to erase. Iran’s rulers already know what’s coming. They are shooting protesters. They are charging them as “enemies of God.” They are scrambling to kill the internet before the truth escapes. Trump is moving to break that chokehold. This is not about hardware. It is about ending the regime’s monopoly on reality. Because dictatorships don’t fall when they lose tanks. They fall when they lose control of the story. And once Iranians can speak to the world freely again, the story of this regime is finished.

Announcing Centaur 2.0! Centaur is frontier, agentic infrastructure that you own. Centaur is like Claude Tag, but open source and on steroids. Centaur 2.0 can connect to everything you have access to, and can reason over it next to where you work, either in Slack, Discord, Teams or in your local Codex or Claude Code via an MCP. But context isn't useful if it can be accessed by anyone, so we rebuilt Centaur from the ground up for security. Centaur obviously doesn't have access to secrets because we're leveraging egress proxies. Centaur 2.0 takes that a step further enabling administrators to configure who can access what from where. This means that Centaur can have access to private information that you normally wouldn't feel comfortable giving it access to (e.g. DMs or sensitive channels and docs) but only expose it to authorized principals. It also means you can add Centaur to external channels and leverage it as a virtual colleague that doesn't live only in your Slack, for example, but also your Slack Connect channels! This is extremely powerful as we start moving to a world where agents cross organizational boundaries. Also in case anyone's wondering, yes we rewrote it in Rust! Centaur is now way way more stable at durably executing threads, and its workflow engine is now based on Absurd. We have been operating Centaur since January, officially launched and Open Sourced it in May, and now we're full speed towards making it the #1 open source agentic infrastructure. To succeed at that, I'm thrilled to welcome Matthew Slipper to the Paradigm team who will be leading all our Applied AI work, while continuing to maintain and extend Iron Proxy as the leading secure secret access for agents. Welcome Matt, it's an honor after all these years of knowing you! Read the full blogpost below, and apply to join our team!

Say goodbye to the Matrix 🛜📶🆘 WHEN THE SIGNAL GOES DARK There may come a moment when the signal becomes quiet. A moment when the old internet does not answer the way it used to. A moment when platforms slow down, messages fail, websites disappear, banking apps freeze, payment rails become unstable, and the public begins asking the same question at the same time: “What is happening?” This is the moment people must remember one thing clearly: Do not panic. When the signal goes dark, fear will try to speak first. Confusion will move quickly. Screenshots will spread. Rumors will multiply. Fake accounts will appear. Scammers will pretend to have answers. Some will claim they can restore access. Some will ask for wallet information. Some will ask for passwords, seed phrases, private keys, documents, or payments. That is why discipline matters. The darkness of a signal does not mean the end. Sometimes it means the old network is being exposed. Sometimes it means weak systems are failing under pressure. Sometimes it means the final cracks are becoming visible before a stronger structure can rise. The people must understand the difference between collapse and transition. Collapse is uncontrolled. Transition is protected. Collapse leaves people lost. Transition requires patience, order, and calm while the old structure is cleared and the new road is prepared. We, QTheWhiteHats, are not here to create fear. We are here to prepare the people for the moment when confusion tries to take control. If the signal goes dark, remain calm. Protect your accounts. Protect your family. Keep your devices secure. Do not click unknown links. Do not trust random messages. Do not give access to anyone claiming to be support. Do not act from panic. The loudest voices during darkness are not always the safest voices. This is why preparation must come before the moment arrives. Save official links. Know where to look. Follow only trusted sources. Keep important information backed up. Keep your communication calm and direct. Help your family understand that panic is not protection. Fear is not wisdom. Confusion is not truth. The old internet was never built to carry the future that is coming. It was built on weak passwords, exposed identities, fragile platforms, centralized control, hidden tracking, data harvesting, and digital gates that can be closed without warning. A new era requires more. It requires quantum-safe protection. Verified access. Secure identity. Cleaner communication. Stronger financial rails. Systems that protect the people instead of collecting, limiting, and manipulating them. That is why the signal may need to go dark before the new connection becomes visible. Not as punishment. Not as defeat. But as the final proof that the old network could not protect what comes next. When that moment comes, many will not understand it at first. They will see silence and call it failure. They will see darkness and call it danger. They will see disruption and believe the road has ended. But those who are prepared will understand. The signal going dark is not always the end of communication. Sometimes it is the pause between two worlds — the old one losing power and the new one preparing to come online. If the signal goes dark, do not follow panic. Follow discipline. Protect your family. Protect your access. Protect your information. Protect your peace. Share it with your friends, your family, and every patriot who understands that the strongest people are not those who panic first, but those who stay calm when the world becomes quiet. The old signal may go dark. But darkness is not the final message. It is the silence before the new connection. 🛡
