I tell you what, I took my kids to the movies last weekend and saw this trailer and almost had tears in my eyes. I was shocked to see a film about Jesus Christ like this coming out for kids — and if you haven’t seen the trailer, it’s really nice. My kids were asking me questions, it was a sweet moment… and they asked to see it so I’m taking them this weekend. I was not surprised to learn that it was made by Angel Studio’s, the same studio that made Sound of Freedom. We need more movies like this… seriously.. especially for young people. Anyone else taking their kids? Angel great job

Guys i took my car to vw Groblersdal for EPC light and the car was loosing power. They charged me R54k and R2k for diagnostics. I paid them in full from January until today my car is not fixed and now i must take it as it is without refund because the parts 'Turbo' is a special order aa . They fail to produce a diagnostic report from January to prove that indeed the problem was a turbo. I will explain why Blacks destroy nice things like delivery robots: It's like the Goblin Slayer speech. A good analogy for migrants, illegals etc. When you have nothing, you grow envious/jealous of those who do, when they see these Delivery Robots, it makes them irrationally angry—its a nice thing, they don't have nice things, so they lash out and destroy/steal what they don't have. In their minds others are keeping the nice things from them. There is also entitlement: they think they "deserve" more (a good analogy for Israel/Judaism) and that they are justified in taking what they want, through force if necessary. Just like the Moon they are Green with Envy, just like the Goblin they want what they don't have, an extremely good analogy is India/Indians migrating to developed Western and Eastern countries, they want to be where things are nice and there are nice things. But never once does it occur to them that maybe the reason they don't have nice things (or that their places aren't nice) is because of they themselves. That's why these Black individuals (not all of course) have nothing, because they destroy anything nice anyone is stupid enough to give them, its why I have very little sympathy for the Black community in many places—its the reason for so many things. (regardless of skin color or group) It's not the White man (you owe him everything) the truth is you're the problem.

As a black belt, this is how I prefer to roll, not driven by personal development or even the enjoyment of it. I roll because it is good in and of itself. I strive to give of myself generously and to take what comes my way openly, without apology. Most of my time on the mat is spent guiding others, helping them navigate Jiu Jitsu. But when it’s my turn to roll, it becomes an experience that exists purely for its own sake. Jiu Jitsu is a ritual, not an outlet for pent-up emotions, nor is it a stage for personal theatrics. It transcends the release or display of personality. If anything, it functions as an escape from emotion and personality. Within this space of calm detachment, there emerges a kind of vision or fluency. This vision is the capacity to take the unpredictable and the unforeseen and seamlessly integrate it in a way that brings new meaning and value. Instead of feeling destabilized by the unexpected, allow it to deepen your perspective. The question is not how to avoid disruptions, but how to dance with them, absorb them, and become more adaptable through the encounter.

American schools requiring you submit the deed to your house and get it notarized and returned to them in order to register your kids for school “I started registering my son for kindergarten and it is insane. I need to know if anybody else's town requires; Deed to our home, driver's license, property tax bill, a closing disclosure, a current monthly mortgage statement, and utility bills. Okay, fine, fine. Proof that you live in the town. Fine. I'm okay with that. I'm okay with it. But what else do you need to do: You need to take those documents and you need to get them notarized. So I take my documents, I go and I get it notarized. There's about a 20 page packet that you need to fill out. Okay, fine. Fill that out, hard copy, you print it at home. All 20 pages. You fill it all out, you call the office of the school and you say, hey, I have my paperwork done. Oh, no, no, no, no. You need to do step two. I'm sorry, what? What is step two? It's the online application. Oh, what? Yes. You need to take the hard copy of the 20 pages that you just filled out, plus the notarized form of all that documentation, and you need to upload all of that online and then fill out another online form. Why? Is it absurd? Is it.”

When I was at the pizza shop, a mom came in with her 3 kids. She ordered a small cheese pizza for the kid’s dinner, without judging her, I saw she pulled up in an older sky blue Dodge Caravan, it was missing a hubcap and a little rusty. The kids were clearly excited about the pizza, that tells me they didn’t get it often. I knew what I had to do. I invited the kids into the kitchen , I gave them each a medium pizza dough in a pan and told them to make their pie pizza however they wanted and that would show them how. I ladled some sauce on each of their pizza crusts and then told them to put some cheese on it, and they were having a blast, made a nice mess too but it’s cool I didn’t really care. Then I had them top their pizzas. The youngest one put four pepperonis on the whole pizza in which I intervened and told him he should space it out and put more so that he could have pepperoni in each bite. I also showed them how to make breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. The mom was so happy that her kids had a blast and I knew I did the right thing. I didn’t put her on blast I made it into a learning day for the kids and fed them well. Like this lady I grew up poor too, I know what it’s like to be hungry, and a hungry child is a sad sight to see for me, it reminded me of my own experience too much. So I always say to myself that if I can fix that I will. Am I going to solve world hunger? No, but if I can make a difference in somebody’s life I will. I’m sure you would too. This woman clearly has her heart in the right place by feeding the kids in the neighborhood, she is truly leading by example.

I also showed them how to make breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. The mom was so happy that her kids had a blast and I knew I did the right thing. I didn’t put her on blast I made it into a learning day for the kids and fed them well. Like this lady I grew up poor too, I know what it’s like to be hungry, and a hungry child is a sad sight to see for me, it reminded me of my own experience too much. So I always say to myself that if I can fix that I will. Am I going to solve world hunger? No, but if I can make a difference in somebody’s life I will. I’m sure you would too. This woman clearly has her heart in the right place by feeding the kids in the neighborhood, she is truly leading by example.

Just before the storm everything was nuts. All the rescues around here were shoring up resources and battening down hatches. I got a call from a rescue who took in pups that were abandoned but had nowhere to put them. I am not set up well for babies, so I got on the phone. I have a few fosters that specialize in them. Kara is one of them. She dropped everything and made room. They broke the mold when they made her. My hero. Just got home from a visit. Everyone is doing well and growing like weeds. Got to play with them for about half an hour. Still smiling. Thanks for supporting us. Without it this doesn't happen and it becomes a grey, cold world. 👍

$I’ve spent a ton of time at top universities and here’s what I've noticed: The freshman walking in the door at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Harvard University, Tufts University, Princeton University, Stanford University, etc. are nearly identical. Same SAT scores, same drive, same raw talent. But the fraction that come out the other side and start a company? Wildly different. Stanford is way out in front. Princeton is shockingly far behind. When I ask them why, the answer is almost always the same: "I went down this path because someone two years ahead of me did it. I watched them, I learned from them, and I did what they did." It's a culture thing, and it propagates like wildfire. All you need is a small hand full of breakout success stories and that will inspire dozens of others to follow suit. If you're a student at a school that doesn't have entrepreneurial culture yet, you have a massive opportunity to be the trailblazer who kickstarts it.$

This is what I have observed to be good: that it is appropriate for a person to eat, to drink and to find satisfaction in their toilsome labor under the sun during the few days of life God has given them—for this is their lot. Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil—this is a gift of God.
