A proxy can sign an assisted suicide request “for any other reason” - even psychological reasons - under this Bill. Danny Kruger points out just how shocking this is: there are no restrictions, no safeguards, and nothing to stop this from being misused.

@danny__kruger Suicide "request" forms will become as commonplace as DNARs now are, routinely signed by doctors, with no safeguards, the patient/victim often oblivious of if. When will they stop pretending that this is anything other than eugenics?

@danny__kruger I’ve said it before but it needs repeating - this bill is evil.

@danny__kruger He is doing a TERRIFIC job, I pray this BILL does not go through when debated in Parliament next week 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@danny__kruger I'm convinced Kim Leadbeater is a psychopath.

@danny__kruger Anything in place to check the person has asked a proxy to sign for them? Or just taking the doctors or proxy's word? @dann

@danny__kruger This Labour govt is the most cruel I have seen in my lifetime,I was born in 57. Worse than Thatcher even,worse than Cameron,Johnson and Sunak put together.

@danny__kruger It gets more alarming by the day.

@danny__kruger A bit like your own DNR being signed by somebody else, h wait, they do that already. I think they are just making murder legal.

@A54Gwen @danny__kruger Unbelievable!

@danny__kruger It just gets worse and worse and this is being done in our names.
