Sportsmanship at its best 🙌 👏

I forgot how to stay afloat one time and almost drowned in the sea lol. Kept sinking underwater and got exhausted. Finally remembered to just lie on my back and got back to shore slowly. Kinda scary but the "whew i survived" moment was nice. Just sat there for 10 minutes after.

Take advantage that the body is mostly water, don’t panic, pray there are no sharks or piranhas

Basic survival skills. Yet schools don't teach them.

"Exhale slowly”. Why? The more air in your lungs more buoyant you are. You aren’t SCUBA diving. People who make these videos are clueless and just heard this and that from here and there and then make “educational” videos.

Great advice if you float, but even in sea water I sink unless I paddle with my arms

Panic makes it forget everything

Works great in a swimming pool, but as soon as you add waves it's hard to float on your back and still breathe.

The more tired you get, the more like a rock you become and the harder to float it is...

Air in your lungs makes you float, so take deep breaths and hold it in to assist with floating. Surprised this wasn't included
