The bulkhead consists of a dome and a ring that form its distinctive round shape to reduce areas of stress concentration (evenly distribute load). This video was captured from the rear galley. On the other side of the bulkhead is the unpressurised tail cone. That's the rear structure keeping the cabin pressurised at altitude.
