What about illegal construction already built and despite of several complaints - no action taken by concern authorities.

When the shopkeeper puts a banner, the agencies learns about it through their informants and they immediately come for either levying penaltiy (to eventually settle 😬). Instead deploy drones/satellite for potholes? Because BMC never see those which we citizens see it clearly.

An excellent and innovative initiative!

To be honest... there is no need of satellite imagery based project.. one or the other citizen reports about all such illegal constructions. But problem is corrupt municipal officers. N they never lose job for corrupt practices.

A good idea but what about the Local Municipal Officers & Police Officer? Why can't you ask them to increase surveillance on ground?

Sir.Kindly take action this Dolphin Developers & Architect Anil Patil who has submitted fake documents in @mybmc Building & Proposal dept at Poonam nagar in connivance with @mybmcWardHE maintenance dept AE Deepak Jadhav. @S_wapnaja is saving them by not taking an FIR.

What is the point of MahaRERA if developers are given extension after extension and home owners are made to wait for over 8-10 years. Case in point @LamorFlatOwners project Ahuja Developer which has been given unprecedented extensions. Law is only as good as it’s enforcement.

what if developer is rera registered and keep on renewing the deadline and waste our money ?

One question. Does maharera authority take suo moto action on projects which have not completed on the date agreed in RERA approval? Number of projects in Pune waiting for completion. People pay interest as well as rent. @CMOMaharashtra

What about the rera approved projects not delivered. Builder like #kalapataru are behind on project #immensa in #thane Refused to give timeline for completion or compensation as per @MahaGovtRERA Filed cases are pending for hearings. Hopeless and corrupt system @TMCaTweetAway
