a side effect of tracking everything in Obsidian... I made this 2024 year in review for my partner — luckily she's also into data visualization 🥰

99% of the work is keeping track of the things I do, which is explained on my blog here: the visualization is a simple web app that takes the data and displays it using my Flexoki color scheme... maybe a 2025 goal is to make this a real Obsidian plugin?

@obsdmd This is much more useful than the graph view and can, in many ways, extend it, too. Visualising to generate intelligence becomes essential when notes spread across time. Not all apps seem to have accounted for this state. A system to automate reports is more efficient than AI.
