Lat elevation. in polar How do you do it? Read the end. X WRONG: raise the arm too straight, glued to the body and carry it higher than the shoulder line. GOOD: Carry the arm slightly forward, accompany the movement with the shoulder and reach up to 90°. A small change in trajectory can make the workout feel completely different.
