The phenomenon is well known in Southern Mexico. There is a place called La ventosa ("the windy") where is quite frequent that passing trailers are thrown on a side by the force of winds in this scenarios.

A secondary low-pressure axis will take shape, arriving on Saturday at 4AM to Sunday at 12PM positioning itself near Yuma, Arizona.
