Everyone, going to the psychiatrist doesn’t make you weird. If you caught a cold, you go to the internal medicine department, If your joints or bones hurts, you go to the orthopaedics. It’s just a cold that come to the mind. It’s not that going to the psychiatrist makes me a weird person, no it’s not that. It’s just that I’m exhausted for a while, it’s just a hospital. There’s more people going there more than you think, if you go to hospital, the queuing are the longest. Nowadays, it’s the same as the past too but there’s no one who doesn't have a hard time. In this hard world, although there are people who look at the hard times in a good way, & there are also people who don’t look at it in a good way… but since it’s a world where we lived together, there's nothing we can do about it, right? But those kind of, “ah I went to the psychiatrist & I collapsed” I don’t think you have think of that. It’s just, “I am having a hard time these days so I’m just going to get help for it” just think of it as if you caught a cold. I hope you don’t think of this deeply. Of course you can go. If your stomach hurt, you can go to the internal medicine, if your head hurts, you can go to the Otolaryngology. It’s just that your heart is having a hard time for a while. This is not something to be ashamed of, you don’t need to read the air with the people around you for this. Always cheer up, even if you collapse, let's practice the strength that can make you rise again slowly, treasure makers. You can do it, everyone, I know you can do it.

And it’s not obvious how to differentiate. Nutrition science is not seen as a real science. This leads to a lot confusion in the market. For example, the economics don’t work to study the effect of a potato on the human body. There’s just not enough money in potatoes to justify the R&D budget to learn more about them. And so there’s actually not a lot of money going into the research and science of nutrition. Peter Thiel has a quote “If you ever put science behind something, it’s not a real science.” And so nutrition science is not a real science. But it can be. There’s just no money in it. And what is food? It’s really just understanding biochemistry. But it just doesn’t exist. And I think it’s probably driven by the economics of it. So I think that’s the main reason. How to Create Rotation With the Back Leg How you want to actually create rotation with the back leg. For me and higher level guys, I don’t even like to think about rotation. If you feel your hips rotating, it’s probably too slow. This is such a violent, explosive movement that happens in milliseconds. You shouldn’t even be able to feel it. That’s why I think about it as a weight shift. When you’re putting force into the ground, into that X direction, most of your weight is on the back leg. Then once you create that impulse and it propels you forward, all you need to think about is getting to the front leg. That force naturally rotates the hips into foot plant. For a lot of higher level guys, this helps a lot. They don’t have to think about rotating the hips. Because that can actually mess things up. Instead, it’s just force into the ground and get to the front leg. The pelvis will rotate on its own.
