❌ Shoulder Press Machine Mistake (DON'T DO THIS!) Stop pressing with your elbows pointed back on the shoulder press machine. This can increase your risk of shoulder impingement. Instead, keep your elbows pointed down and maintain a vertical forearm position as you press.

Smith machine or not. Too low of an incline or not…. This was still a heavy shoulder press. 😂 Having a blast here in Costa Rica.

If you do not have a well-built Flat/Seated Chest Press Machine, your next best option for Flat Pressing is…. The Smith Machine “Doesn’t look as cool as a Barbell, bro” Did you want to look cool to all the people around you that aren’t even watching you anyway or be jacked???

A lot of you told me to stop doing the barbell bench press because of my shoulder. So I switched to the seated chest press machine. Now I've maxed out the stack at 100kg. Where do I go from here? Keep increasing reps? Slow down the tempo? Or switch to another chest exercise? I'd love your advice. 👇

It appears like magic.. Well not quite! This method of production uses a strong press & powdered metal.

Half this country still treats November like a hobby. It’s not. One machine wants the wheel forever. The other side wants you distracted, exhausted, and quiet enough to steal the decade. Red isn’t branding. It’s a firewall. Press the lever. Take the whole slate. Leave nothing on the table for people who hate what built this place. If you’re waiting for somebody else to save it… you already lost.

Dumbbell chest session: every angle Six moves. Two dumbbells only: pullovers, reverse-grip press, flat press, hex/squeeze press, low-to-high flyes, classic flyes. Do 2 sets of 8–10 reps each. Slow stretch, no bouncing. Uses: hits upper, lower, inner, and mid chest when you don’t want a full machine circuit. Result: a full chest pump and a simple plan you can repeat next chest day.

You don’t hate the corporate media enough: MS NOW: “Do you only want outlets that support you to be a part of the press pool?” President Trump: “No. I want real news, not fake news — like you. I want real news. I love an open, free press. What I don’t like is the fake press!”

Thinking of it has anyone ever seen Zubimendi drop a shoulder to evade a press in these scenarios EVER? Short technical midfielders should be having this in their locker as they aren’t strong but Zubi doesn’t seem to have it either.

Rubio just wrapped up his FIRST White House Press Briefing, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park This man is a SERIOUS contender for 2028 So freaking impressed with his ability to handle the press I'm not endorsing yet, but that's my honest opinion.

Some engineers came up with a fix for the plate-loaded Hammer Strength Incline Chest Press that so many of you guys use This is actually very ingenious as it improves the machine BY A LOT

Arrived at the gym flat. Not tired. Not injured. Just that particular flatness where the weights feel like a chore and you're not sure whether anything is going to happen today. Loaded the machine press anyway. Sat down. Looked at the weight. Thought about Keith. Keith does not assess his mood before eating a bramble. Keith does not arrive at the fence and think "I'm a bit flat today, maybe I'll have a look tomorrow." Keith arrives, identifies the weak point, applies methodical consistent pressure until the fence does something, files the result away, and does it again. The fence doesn't care how Keith feels. The bramble doesn't require Keith to be motivated. The machine press does not require you to feel like it. Pressed the weight. The weight moved. Obviously the weight moved. It always moves when you make it.
