his approach is cool but did he like a hive some awesome before and after results once he started doing this type of training? I don’t get why is is alone singled out. Did he greatly improve metrics or something? Bronze medal is awesome don’t get me wrong but did he overachieve?

Yeah, there’s a really cool study where they biopsied him and compared to another elite shot put athlete and his identical twin. He definitely maximized his potential.
